Bethany's POV
"Umm well, I wanted to tell you guys separately but I guess this will have to do", I said more quite then I ment too. Mom gives me the death stare and the tips of her ears are red. Its a weird factor about my mom, but they turn that way when she gets annoyed. I glared as I said the fragment I was tired of hiding "Im pregnant and Lukes the dad" I lower my head and let out air I didn't know I was holding in. Surprisingly her dimples appeared showing a beam on my mother's face.
"Wow, okay, baby I dont know why you wouldn't have told me sooner", she said staring understandably. I looked at her feeling my eye brows raise and say "Really!?" "Of course you know".. she was interrupted by dads comment.
"You just couldn't hold on till you were graduated and ready for this responsibility"? I stared at dad, "Honestly dad I believe Im ready, its been three months now". He looked at me with disappointment stinging in his eyes "I thought you were my little girl that knew education comes before love, but I was wrong. And you young man,( he turned his attention to Luke), I knew you were trouble since you set your foot in this house". Dad was shouting now, running his hands through his gray hair. Mom looked shocked as she spoke with tears in her eyes "James please calm down. If you remember we had our first one when I was 17". Dad looked around the room before he whispered, anger still in his voice, "Im going out". Mom headed upstairs, It was just me and Luke. He was about to comment on the events that just occurred when he was interrupted by my phone ringing.
