Ms. Perfect

Chapter 2

It's Monday, I wake up and see it's only 6AM, way too early for me to wake up. I barely slept due to my father's yelling which continued all night long. I didn't hear much, but I think he yelled at my bodyguard - John. I spent my night staring at my boring, grey, small room and trying to hear what my father was so furious about.

"Amy! Bring me a beer!" He says loudly from the living room downstairs. "Actually, 3 beers!" He adds. I put on my basic, white shirt, denim shorts and flip-flops, style my blonde hair into a messy bun and leave my room. Surprisingly, I don't see John, who usually stands just outside my room without any motion.

I head downstairs to the kitchen to grab 3 beers like my father said, and as I go to the living room, I notice a male figure standing next to my father who sits on the couch, waiting for me to come.

As soon as I step foot in the living room, my father checks me out and says "I notice you forgot to put on a bra today. Don't worry, I actually prefer you this way, so I can see your little cute boobs." And then he laughs. It wasn't the first time he said something like that to me, but I've got to keep pretending to have no objection to this so I can save my life.

I was so focused on my own thoughts, that I forgot about the young man who stands right next to me. I look at him, and notice a pair of ice blue, amazingly gorgeous eyes, which look at my ugly, old, lame excuse of a father, with disgust, I guess because of his gross comment. This man is really good-looking, I guess he is about 25 years old. Behind his slightly transparent black shirt, I can tell he works out. A lot. He looks amazing.

"Give me my beer now, will ya?!" My father asks, snapping me out of my dirty thoughts, and I give him those 3 bottles of beer, and then look at the handsome guy again, who flashes me a reassuring smirk before I go up to my room again.

Will I see him again? I sure hope so...
