The next morning I wake up and force myself out of bed. "It's a brand new day", I keep telling myself, but inside I know that I'm tired of this day already.

I put on my oldest sweatpants and a light blue t-shirt, which reminds me of the beautiful light blue eyes I saw yesterday, this time with a bra underneath.
"Amy! Come here and make me a sandwich!" I hear my father calling me from downstairs.

As I walk out of my room, I see a male figure standing outside. I immediately know who it is. It's the mysterious guy which I have a little crush on. Wait what? What am I saying? I don't even know the dude! Ugh! I'm probably not fully charged today...

He notices me and flashes me a cute smirk, again. This smirk is more gorgeous that the previous one, if that's even possible. Should I say something? I guess not, I can't risk anyone finding out I'm not perfect.

Suddenly I notice that he isn't just standing there. He has a gun. He's guarding my room. I don't know why, but I'm somehow happy to find out that he is my new bodyguard.

"Hello, I'm Amy Riches, nice to meet you." I decide to introduce myself with a smile and reach forward for a handshake.
"Dylan Harris," he says and shakes my hand gently, "I'm your new bodyguard."
"I figured." I say. "Do you know what happened with the previous one? No offense, just out of curiosity." I chuckle.
"No idea. I guess he pissed off your father or something." He answers while letting out a soft laugh. His smile is adorable.
"Oh okay. Well we should go downstairs, I need to make my father a sandwich and I'm not allowed to go there without a bodyguard." I try to hide the annoyance in my voice.
"Lead the way then, Ms. Riches."
I was a second away from telling him to call me Amy, but then I remembered that I should trust no one with my secret, and if I'm being too nice I might risk Dylan finding out.

The rest of the day passes by quickly and now it's time for me to charge myself. Just as I'm about to connect to my charger, I hear a gentle knock on my bedroom door.
"Come in."
It's Dylan, and he looks so fucking good in the lighting of my bedroom. Snap out of it Amy!
"I just wanted to say goodnight, Ms. Riches." He says and smiles. I could never get tired of this smile.
"Goodnight um... Mr.-"
"Please, call me Dylan."
"Goodnight Dylan."
And he closes the door, leaving me alone with my thoughts, which are obviously about him. Shit.
