There is two kinds of people: a mana user, or a norma, a person who can not use mana at all. Princess Angelise Ikaruga Misurugi of the Misurugi Empire, was supposed to take the crown, but on the day of her coronation, she finds out that she is not a mana user, but a norma instead. She is taken away to an isolated island and meets a group of Norma girls that know almost nothing but battle. She is educated as to how to live life as a norma, ride a Para-mail, and defeat dragons.
Will she survive living as a Norma? Will she ever see her family again? Will she adapt to the ways of the norma?
