Damon Threatens Stefan and Bailey & Elena Talk

Stefan's P.O.V.
I was digging up the grave while Elena watched, shaking her head.
Me: What?
Elena: Not many girls can say they've done this.
I started digging again when my shovel hit something hard. Elena and I both looked at each other and I started scraping the dirt off. I threw the shovel to the side and opened the coffin.
Elena: Is that it?
I quickly grabbed the grimoire  and closed the coffin. I opened the grimoire and started looking at it until I heard Damon's voice.
Damon: Well what do you know? This is an interesting turn of events.
Me: I can't let you bring her back. I'm sorry.
Damon: So am I. For thinking for a second that I could trust you.
Me: You were not capable of trust. The fact that you're here means that you read the journal and you were planning on doing this yourself.
Damon: Course I was going to do it by myself because the only one I can count on is me. You made sure of that many years ago, Stefan. But you, you had me fooled. The only who I now know who didn't lie to me was my little shrimp cocktail, Bailey. He said talking to Elena
Damon: So what are you gonna do now? Because if you try and destroy that, I'll rip her heart out.
Me: You won't kill her. Damon then ran toward Elena and wrapped his arm around her throat.
Damon: I can do one better.He then bit into his wrist and fed her his blood.
Damon: Give me the book, Stefan or I'm snapping her neck and you and I, will have a vampire girlfriend.
Me: Let her go first.
Damon: The book.
Me: I'm not gonna give this to you until she is standing next to me.
Damon: The problem is I no longer trust that you'll give it back.
Me: You just did the one thing that ensures that I will. I then threw the book in front of me. Damon let Elena go and she ran into my arms. I then left with her.
Flashback
Damon: No, don't take her. He said running into Stefan's room as people started carrying Katherine out with a muzzle on her mouth. Giuseppe grabbed him and threw him into the wall.
Giuseppe: Do you know what they'll do to you if you're branded a sympathizer? You'll be killed along with them.
Damon: Then let me be killed.
Present
Bailey's P.O.V
I was in Jeremy's room until I heard Elena and Stefan walk into Elena's room.
Me: I'll be right back Jer. I want to see what Stefan and Elena are doing.
Jeremy: Okay, just don't be too long because I do want you back eventually. I giggled at this.
Me: Don't worry. You won't even notice I left. I gave him a quick peck on the lips and then walked into Elena's room. Stefan was standing by the door that led to her bathroom. I walked over and gave him a side hug, he hugged me back and kissed my head.
Elena: Aspirin must be downstairs. Is my head supposed to hurt like this?
Me: What happened? I asked confused looking at Stefan.
Stefan: Damon, threatened me and Elena. You'll be fine, Elena. It was just a small amount of blood, it should pass out of your system by tomorrow. Elena then walked over to Stefan and me. She looked at Stefan.
Elena: Are you okay?
Stefan: Damon was right. This is... uh... this is my fault.
Flashback
Damon and Stefan followed the men who had Katherine.
Stefan: Damon. Damon, stop. I'll help you. We'll get her back.
Damon: Help me? Don't you think you've done enough? You promised you wouldn't tell him.
Stefan: I didn't think this would happen. They watched the carriage that held the vampires ride off.
Damon: You did this, this is your fault. He ran off.
Present
Still Bailey's P.O.V
Stefan: I put my faith in my father. But Damon put his faith in me and I destroyed that. This is my fault. Elena grabbed his face and looked him in the eyes as I stood next to them and watched.
Elena: You didn't do anything wrong. Don't forget that.
Stefan: I'm going to get you that aspirin.He then kissed Elena's head and left the room. I went over to the window seat and sat down, shock clearly on my face.
Elena: What's wrong?
Me: I didn't know that Damon blamed Stefan for...everything. 
Elena: How did you not know? I mean I thought they told you everything. I shook my head and looked at her.
Me: Not about that night. But after all theses years there is one thing that I can't understand.
Elena: What's that?
Me: Why Damon is still in love with Katherine. All she did was use him and Stefan.
Elena: You know we all got wrapped up in this that we never asked: Do you want Katherine free? I looked at the floor and shook my head and looked up at her.
Me: No. 
Elena: Why? I thought you and Katherine got along.
Me: We never got along. Katherine only acted nice to me when my brothers were around because she knew how much they love me and that if someone hated me then my brothers wouldn't bother with them. I just still can't believe she turned them, and I didn't even know it.
Elena: Didn't she turn you too?
Me: No. Damon did.
Elena: But Damon would never hurt you. How could he turn you?
Me: He didn't hurt me. In fact he tried to save me.
Elena: How?
