(Y/N POV)

στρατηγός Οφέλια = General Ophelia
(strat-igos o-phelia)

"We made it!" I say, squeezing Wanda's hand in excitement. Peter, Harley, and Nate are standing a few feet away from us. Nate gives me a small smile. "Told you it would work." He says. I grin widely in excitement. I look around the courtyard we seem to have appeared in. "Where are we Nate?" I ask. He starts walking down a path. "Nysa? I thought you knew we were coming here?" He asks in confusion as he motions for us to follow him. "No sh*t Sherlock, I mean WHERE in Nysa are we?"
"Oh. We're in the courtyard of the Αρχηγείο."
"English please."
"Headquarters. The Angyellos main base." He explains. I nod my head, understanding now. We enter the big golden building, and he leads us to what looks to be something like a glass elevator of sorts.

He steps in it, and motions for us to as well. I head straight for the glass, and as we go up I look out over the city. It looks huge. It may not be quite as high tech as Wakanda, but it's pretty close. There's big buildings, all golden colored, and the Headquarters building has a big fountain in front of it. Instead of cars there's long golden trains, that almost look like subways, traveling along between buildings and taking people different places. "Wow." I breathe. Peter smiles from where he stands next to me. I side eye him with a grin and he nudges my arm playfully with his own. The elevator dings and we all turn to the open door. Nate is already a few steps ahead of us. He leads us to a huge room with a long, also golden, table. Almost like the meeting room back at Avengers Tower. There are a few other people sitting at said table. Nate walks up to a woman sitting at the head of the table, who is in a fancy looking outfit.

She has on a navy blue dress with a shorter skirt, white legging-type pants, black combat boots, and what looks to be a sort of trench coat, only it has a long coattail, and is decorated with golden swirl designs. She has short, straight blonde hair. Come to think of it, I think almost everyone in this city is blonde, if not all of them. "Why is everyone here blonde?" I whisper to Nate. "It's in most Angyellos DNA, we are all very commonly blonde." He whispers in reply. I tilt my head in slight confusion at that, but don't question it further. Nate addresses the woman. "στρατηγός Οφέλια." He says in Greek. She turns her tough grey eyes to him. "Nathaniel. How is your mission with the Eklektos? (Εκλεκτός)" She says. Nate steps aside, revealing me standing behind him. I lift my hand in an awkward wave, and the woman's eyes widen. "Nathaniel! Why didn't you inform us you were coming? We would've prepared better for our guest." She smiles widely.

I smile back a little, feeling uncomfortable with the situation considering I don't know what I'm doing. Nate turns to me and gestures to the woman. "Y/N, this is General Ophelia. She gives most of us Messengers our orders, and oversees our battles and strategies." He says. I hold my hand out for her to shake. She looks at it quizzically, and slowly places her hand in mine. I firmly shake it, and then pull away. She looks at her own hand in confusion, but then disregards it. "Come! Let us show you around." She puts her arm around me and starts leading me away. "Nathaniel, show the rest of them to their rooms." She orders. I stop in my tracks. "Why can't they come with me?" I ask. Ophelia gets an uneasy look. "Don't worry. Nathaniel will take care of them, right?" She gives him a pointed look. He avoids her eyes, looking at the floor. "Of course." He answers. "Good." She then turns back around and pulls me along with her.

She leads us down a ton of hallways, pointing out things, and going on and on about nothing of importance. Finally, after she's started explaining where one of the paintings on the wall was from, I stop. "Listen lady, I know you're trying to do the whole hostess thing or whatever, but I don't need this hippie crap. I want to find the Quevenyee, or do something to help. I want to get started." I say. She folds her hands and gives me a smile that's almost too warm. "Yes. Of course. You want to get to the mission." She says. I nod. "Follow me." She says. I do as she says. She takes me down even more hallways, down some stairs, then into an elevator. Once we're inside, she pushes a button that says "Εκπαιδευτική αυλή", which I have no idea of what it means. Nate is gonna have to teach me some of this Greek stuff. The elevator dings, and the doors open up to the outside. General Ophelia steps out, and I step beside her.

Outside is a big grassy area, with multiple types of training equipment, and groups of people, trainees I assume, are all using it. Whether they're fighting, doing crazy flips, target shooting, etcetera, it's all here. "Wow." I say. General Ophelia looks at me. "Amazing isn't it? The Training Yard. This is where the best of us our trained to fight." She says. I meet her eyes. "Will this training help me with my powers?"
"Look for yourself." She says.
I look out over the yard again. A young boy is standing in the center of a big clear half sphere-type thing. He hits a red button and then the sphere starts beeping. Three seconds later, and tons of pieces of sharp metal and glass are zipping at him from all directions. I watch intently. He closes his eyes, and suddenly, he puts his hands out. All the glass and metal freezes in mid-air. I step closer. The guy then rotated his hands slowly, and all the pieces slowly form into the shape of a ball. He eventually gets it so small, it's merely the size of a softball in his hand.

I tilt my head in curiosity. I then look across to the other side of the yard, and a girl who looks a little older than me is standing in front of a wall of brush. She snaps her fingers, and a flame appears in her hand. She then raises her hand, and throws a beam of fire onto the brush, torching it all instantly. "Woah!" I startle. Ophelia laughs. There's many more things going on in the yard. There's a girl healing a cut on one of the boys with just her hand, and another area where a few trainees are doing that teleporting thing that Nate—and I guess I— can do. I look to General Ophelia, my eyes wide. "Can- Can I do all of these things?" I ask. She nods. "In due time of course."
I watch the training, thinking. "If I train, and become able to do these things, could I defeat the Quevenyee? Could I save people?" I look at her seriously. She gazes off at the trainees. "I do believe you could." She says.

"But, do you believe you can? That is the real question. And the only real way for you to gain control of your powers, is for you to believe in yourself." She finishes. I turn over her words in my head, wondering if I really believe in myself in all this. "So, will you let us train you?" She asks after a few moments. I look out over the field, thinking about my answer. I want to help people. I want to make sure there are no people like the Quevenyee to hurt anybody. And if I really have these abilities, then what better way to use them?
I turn to General Ophelia.
"Where do we start?".......
