After walking up many sets of stairs, and by many I mean there were literally fucking hundreds, Draco came to a stop at the top of the last set of steps and I let out a sigh of relief as I eventually reached him.

"Finally" I breathed out breathlessly. "I am dying".

"You're so dramatic" he chuckled as he pulled me over to some railings and I gasped when I realised the view in front of us.

"Oh my god it's beautiful!" I exclaimed as I looked out over the area surrounding Hogwarts, it certainly was impressive!

"This is the astronomy tower. It's better at night, but we'll save that for another time" He said with a smirk and I just rolled my eyes in response.

After a couple more minutes of silently taking in the views, Draco spoke up.

"What's your deal, anyway?" He asked, turning to me slightly as I leaned sideways against the railing to face him.

"What do you mean?" I asked clearly confused.

"You show up here, looking like that, acting how you do, and don't tell a soul why you moved schools? Seems strange doesn't it?" He asked with a smirk.

"Looking like what, Draco?" I smirked back, ignoring his obvious question.

"You know-uh- like that- like a girl" He stuttered and avoided my eyes. I chuckled lightly earning a glare from him.

"Looking like a girl? Really? I would never have known!" I said sarcastically and he just rolled his eyes.

"So?" He continued.

"So what?" I asked innocently.

"Stop playing games and answer the damn question" he said firmly.

"You and Blaise really need to take some lessons in minding your own business" I sighed with a forced smile and turned away from him slightly. I do wish I could just confide in someone, something was telling me I could with Draco...

No. I simply couldn't risk it.

"I will find out" he stated confidently and I turned to him again, my eyebrows raised.

"And how do you plan on doing that?" I asked amused.

"I have my ways" he winked and stalked off towards the steps we had came up.

"Where are you going?" I questioned with a frown. I didn't really want to leave yet.

"Class starts soon. Don't want to get detention with Umbridge, do you?" he added with a smirk and I rolled my eyes but followed reluctantly. I completely forgot we had her for Defence Against the Dark Arts class. I barely even knew the woman but I could tell I just didn't like her.

We made our way to our next class making small talk when suddenly I crashed into someone whilst turning a corner.

"Watch it!" I yelled as I rubbed my head from banging it on the other persons. I looked up and saw-to my dismay- Harry Potter.

"Sorry, didn't see you there" He said whilst fixing his glasses again.

"Clearly.." I mumbled to myself.

"Watch where you're going, Potter. You might run into the wrong person next time" Draco hissed as he came up beside me, along with Blaise who had joined the small commotion.

"Go away Malfoy, it was an accident" Harry glared at Draco.

Draco took a threatening step towards Harry so I took that as my queue to step in. I raised my hand up in front of Harry and offered it to him as he looked at me bewildered.
