What Must Be Done

Mahiru's P.O.V

I can't believe it...

I rushed back to Misono's mansion. Once I got there, I looked for him or Lily. I soon bumped into Lily. "Lily! Where's Misono?!" I yelled. After a while, Misono, Lily, and I were sitting. "While I was at the store, I saw Ash and Tsubaki," I said. "What?! What did they say?! Were they alright?! Were they hurt?!" yelled Misono. "Let me finish!" I yelled back. He finally stopped talking. "Anyways, I talked to Ash. There was only one problem...and that problem was that both of them don't remember me..." I said with a sad tone. There was silence. "I'll call my siblings," said Lily while walking away. I looked at Misono. "There is more isn't?" asked Misono. I nodded. "How did you know?" I asked. He simply stared at me. I sighed. "I talked to Kuan. He said he did nothing to them..."  said. Misono looked upset. "We're going to raid that bastard's lab next Saturday. The other eves and servamps know already," said Misono. 

I am amazed. I didn't know Misono cared so much about Ash.

"I have to go to a meeting. I'll be back as soon as I can," said Lily while turning into his butterfly form and flying away. I started to cry. 

"I just want everything to go back to normal..." I whispered. 

"Quit crying Shirota!" yelled Misono.

 I looked at him in shock. "Crying isn't going to fix anything! Cry one more time and I'll smack you!" yelled Misono. "Listen. You remember your other friends, correct? Why don't you go tell them to look out for the two of them?! They asked you if there is something they can help with!" he yelled. He's right! I grabbed my phone and called them

"Hello? This is Ryusei speaking,"

"Ryusei! It's me, Mahiru! I need you and Koyuki to come to the mansion you saw before!" I yelled.

 "Woah Woah! Slow Down! Ma--"

I hung up. "Who permitted you to invite your friends?!" yelled Misono. I ran outside and waited for Ryusei and Koyuki to arrive. 

Lily's P.O.V 

"So we all agree?" asked pride. There was silence. "I disagree," said Lawless while he stood up. Wrath and I also stood up. "We also disagree," said Wrath. I nodded. Pride and Envy looked at us. "We shouldn't do it. It may harm both of them," I said. Wrath and Greed nodded. "Who knows what damaged it may have on both of them! We shouldn't take the risk!" yelled Greed. "But it's the best option we have! Have you heard the news?! Someone was kidnapped when sloth disappeared!" yelled Pride. "But that doesn't mean it was big brother or Tsubaki!" yelled Wrath. "Shut it." said Envy. We all looked at him. "I agree with Pride. We have been at war with them for most of our life. Sloth and Tsubaki are in the enemy team. We must do anything to bring them back to our side." said Envy. I looked down at the floor. 

But...what if we're wrong..? What if it kills them?

"This is what MUST be done!" yelled Pride. "But what if we're wrong?!" I yelled. All of my siblings looked at me. I shed a tear. "We...we are monsters..." I slowly said. 

It hurts...This pain...this guilt...

"What if it does kill them?! Then what?! What are we going to tell Mahiru and our eves?! 'We just had to kill them'? Huh?!" I yelled. I was crying. It hurts... There was silence. "I'm done," I said while walking away. "Do you agree or disagree?" asked Pride. "I disagree," I said while walking away. I turned into my butterfly form and left. 

Hyde's P.O.V

"Lust is right. What if it does kill them?! What we going to tell our eves?!" I yelled out. There was silence.   "I get what you're trying to say...but we have to do this!" yelled Pride. "Shut up! Shut up! Shut up!" yelled Wrath. "I disagree and we're not doing this! You can yell s*** but we're not doing this!" continued Wrath. I nodded. "Go ahead and argue. I'm leaving," said Envy while he left. I ran out of the building.

I'm not going to the angle, I need some alone time...

I walked and walked. I just can't accept it! Are they willing to take the risk?! "You're here too," said Lust. I nodded. "They're doing it..." I said in tears. His eyes widened. "They...are..?!" he yelled. He sat down by me. He started to cry. I hugged him. "Want me to tell you something?" I asked. He didn't respond. "Nii-san told me something interesting. When we were at our old mansion, he showed me an abandoned town or city. He said look at the ground and so I did. I saw black spots and I told him that. He shook his head and said that was blood," I said.

I could feel Lust stop crying. "Then, I remembered that there was a war. I looked at him in shock. He soon said that there is only one way he knows this. I gave it some thought...and then it hit me. There was only one explanation. He was there," I said. Lust looked at me. "H-how?" he said. I shrugged. Wrath soon saw us. "There you are. We should head back to our eves," she said. "Yeah..." said Lust while he flew away. I started to walk away. "I think our eves are with Misono. We should head there," said Lust. I nodded. We soon decided to walk together.

Mahiru's P.O.V

After explaining to Ryusei and Koyuki, they left. A few minutes later, Lily, Hyde, and Hugh walked in. "There you are s***rat!" yelled Litch. "Shut it," said Hyde while he walked into the garden. Lily followed. I looked at Hugh. He seemed pained. "Where were you?!" yelled Misono. "We had a meeting," responded Hugh.  A meeting? At this time?

I went outside to see Lily and Hyde in tears. I could see them in pain. "Are you alright?" I asked. They looked at me. "Oh...no. We're fine," responded Lily. Hyde nodded. "You're lying. I can tell," I said. I sat beside them. "What's wrong?" I asked. Lily started to tear up. "We...had an argument," responded Hyde. "An argument? About what?" I asked. "Whst we should do about nii-san and Tsubaki," said Hyde.

"I understand you're in pain it's what must be done," said Hugh.
