First Mission

Mahiru's P.O.V

What have I done? Why did I yell at him? Did Tsubaki plan all this?

My thoughts were interrupted by Hugh and Tetsu. "Hello, Mahiru," said Hugh. I sat up looking at them. "Must be tough. I already told Lily and Hugh," said Tetsu while I nodded. Hugh walked up to me. "We met sleepy ash after he broke your contract," said Hugh. My eyes widened. "Y-you did! What did he say?!" I asked. I was afraid and worried. Hugh sighed. "Sleepy ash is...how do I put it...he wasn't himself. We could see it in his eyes," explained Hugh. Kuro...

"Did he say anything about me?" I asked. Hugh shook his head. Lawless burst into the room. "We've found Tsubaki!" he yelled. We all rushed out to find Tsubaki tied up. "Let me go!" he yelled. Hugh walked towards him. "Do you have any idea of what you've done?" asked Hugh a bit harshly. Tsubaki looked confused. "What did I do?" he asked. There is no mistake. Tsubaki is completely clueless. "You don't know what you've done?! You've destroyed Mahiru's and nii-san's relationship!" yelled Hyde. I could tell Hyde was angry. It almost seemed like if this a completely different person. "Listen, I wish I could tell you what happened but I'm afraid I can't...it's for your safety..." said Tsubaki. We all stayed quiet. For our safety? What does he mean? "Tell us what you mean. Now," demanded Hugh. 

"Promise me if something happens to you, you'll blame it on yourself. Not at me.," said Tsubaki. "Tell us!" yelled Hyde. "Shut up, s***rat!" yelled Licht. "You shut up!" yelled Hyde. When he turned around, his eyes were red. Redder than they were. He had tears in his eyes. He looked pained. I looked at the other servamps. Their eyes were also redder than before. "Kuan...he did something to me...I don't know what he did but...me telling you this might cost my life or your life," said Tsubaki. There was silence. So that's why he wouldn't tell us... "His whole plan was to break nii-san's and Shirota's contract. I do not know why he wanted that but I can tell you this. He's currently watching us," said Tsubaki. Everybody looked around to see if they see anyone. When we turned around, Kuan appeared. "Hello there~," he said with a smile. Lily summoned his scythe while Hyde summoned his sword. "Now now!~ I didn't come here to fight!~," he said. "What do you want?! What have you done to nii-san!" yelled Hyde. Kuan smiled. He soon grabbed Tsibaki's arm. "I think you'll do pretty well in our next mission!~," said Kuan. "Let him go!" I yelled. Everyone looked at me. "I won't let you mistreat ----'s brother!" I yelled. Huh? "----. ----!" "What's wrong? Can't say his name anymore?" asked Kuan. 

"Lily!" yelled Misono while Lily rushed towards Kuan. His attack was suddenly blocked. "What the--?!" yelled Lily as he was thrown back. When we looked up, Tsubaki was standing in front of Kuan. "Why did you defend him?!" yelled Hugh. Tsubaki looked like he couldn't control himself. "You told them," said Kuan. Shivers ran down my spine.

Tsubaki's P.O.V 

What am I doing? Why am I protecting this bastard? "It seems to be working..." said Kuan. "Tsubaki! I knew you couldn't be trusted!" yelled pride. If only you knew what I'm going through..."Now now! Don't get mad at him!~" said Kuan. He soon got a call. "Yeah...Ops!~ My bad!" he said. "Now!" yelled pride while greed and lust rushed towards us. Kuan soon but a barrier around us. "I'll be right there!~," said Kuan while he hung up. He grabbed me by hand. "How about this! You'll become my new toy!~" he said. "And what if I say no?" I asked. He smiled. "I'll kill all of your siblings and your subclasses," he said. I just stood there. Shirota walked towards us. "Where is Ash?" he asked. Kuan somehow made me turn into my fox form. "Here. This might help. In return, I'll be taking him! Bye!~" he said while both of us disappeared. 

"Man, I gave your brother the wrong address," he said while we landed. I was confused. 
"Sir, No.1 is waiting in an alley near his ex-eve's apartment," said Lio. He sighed. "You know where he is, right?" he asked me. I nodded. He put a piece of paper in my mouth. "Go find him and give him this. Stay with him until he finishes his mission. Now, go!" said Kuan while I ran away. Why am I even following his orders?!
