Hey girls! This is @TheWeirdoWhoIsCool here! So I'll be writing about random stuff I can think of when I write each chapter that write. Wow that sounds really confusing, lol. So today, I'm going to write about being sick. Specifically about having the flu.

So I've had the flu for four days now and it's horrible. There are some lucky people out there that only cough a few times when they have the flu. Well not me. I've got it bad. I'm talking about runny nose and full on coughing.

So for runny nose it's pretty obvious what you have to do, you blow your nose. What I really want to talk about is how to calm down the coughing. I was actually sleeping in my sisters room -cause there were guests using my room- when I started coughing a few days ago and I wouldn't stop coughing. I woke up like half the house! My sister woke up, got angry, and kicked me out of her room, making me sleep on the couch in the living room.....good memories, good memories.

Anyways, I'll first be giving you tips on how to avoid getting sick in winter, then about how to stop coughing.

To avoid getting the flu:

1- First of all, never forget to wear an undershirt and tuck it into your pants, this really helps a lot.

2- Don't walk barefoot at home! Not even if you're wearing socks! So I love to walk barefoot at home but if you do this during winter it will make you sick. Don't forget this! Always wear slippers!

3- Be sure to have those fluffy pajamas and big blankets!

4- When you take a bath, don't forget to dry your hair. I usually only half dry it but that's actually not good at all! You need to completely dry it. (I know probably most of you completely dry your hair but if you're like me and you think that half drying your hair is the same as fully drying it, then this advice is for you).

How to stop coughing:

1- My best advice of all is eat honey. I honestly dislike honey, but it helps so so much! Take about two small spoons when you start coughing and you'll immediately stop! I promise. (Tell me if this worked for you).

2- Of course, take the medicine. What I advice you to take is Asmalat for the day and Toplexil for the night. They both really help.

3- Always bring a pack of tissues with you everywhere you go. When you start coughing, just blow your nose and clear your throat and then you'll hopefully feel better.

4- Drink water! When you start coughing, the best thing to do is to drink water.

I ran out of advice. I hope this helped though!

Please vote and comment what you thought of this chapter. In the comments below or as PM, tell me what you want my next chapter to be about and I'll write a chapter about it.i thought that maybe I could write about skin care and how to make your skin beautiful. What do you think?

Oh and, stay warm, it's easy! It's not rocket science!
