Seungmin turned on his bed again for the nth time. Like Haneul, he couldn't sleep as she was on his mind the whole night.

He remembered how she looked adorably lost and scared when she clung on his arm. When she bawled her eyes out in front of him. When she showed him that she needed him.

It caused a spark in Seungmin, and he hated that he felt that. He didn't like that the sight of her melted his heart.

Besides, they were not meant to be; him being an Idol, her uncle being his Boss. It could lead him and his group to rockbottom.

Or was it because he was afraid he'd hurt her?

Why was he thinking about their possibilities anyway?

He groaned as he rubbed his eyes and got out of his bed, his three other roomates, Minho, Changbin, Hyunjin, fast asleep.

He went into their kitchen where Chan was barely awake, drinking his coffee. He grabbed a glass of milk and sat beside Chan.

"Morning." Chan said groggily, his voice deep and raspy.

Seungmin hummed in response and drank his milk in one go, sighing as he placed it on the table.

"We're going out today by the way." Chan continued. "JYP-nim asked me to hang out with Haneul and cheer her up. He gave me his card."

Seungmin stared blankly at nothing as his mind drifts again to yesterday at the mention of Haneul, not noticing his ears turning red.

"We could go to JYP Soul Cup Cafe.." Chan looked up from his coffee and looked at Seungmin as he waited for his suggestions.

"Why are your ears red?" He asked, snapping Seungmin out of his trance.

"Well.. it's cold." He replied, clearing his throat in embarassment.

Chan blinked his eyes and stared blankly at him. "Yeah, 'cuz you're wearing thin clothing." He chided and drank his cup empty.

Haneul looked at the large mirror infront of her, checking out her final outfit for the day.

With a satisified nod, she grabbed her dorm keys and went out to meet the boys.

They waited for her at the entrance, all of them wearing thick clothing as the weather seemed cool.

"Hey guys!" She greeted with a huge smile on her face.

Apparently, she felt a lot better since yesterday. And now speaking of yesterday, she made eye contact with Seungmin for a second.

But both turned away immediately with red ears.

"Haneul!" Chan ran to her and pulled her for a tight hug, before leaning into her ear.

"Did Seungmin apologize yesterday?" He asked in a low voice.

Haneul felt blood run up to her face as she remembered the embarassing moment when she grabbed him by his wrist.

"Uhh.. yeah. I feel better now, thanks."

Chan huffed out a relieved sigh and smiled before grabbing her arm. Unfortunately, Chan didn't know about her cuts and his grip sent pain shooting up her body.

She tried her best to fight it back, but she couldn't help but wince, hissing lowly in pain as she hoped that no one would notice.

Seungmin did- and he mentally panicked as he didn't know what to do. He could've slapped Chan's hand away but that would bring both of them in a whole ass mess.

"Chan!" He called, catching everyone's attention. "I..uh.. did you bring the card? Check your pockets."

Chan gasped and let go of Haneul's arm and dipped his hands into his pockets as he searched for the card, his lips forming a pout as he did.

Haneul and Seungmin shared a glance as she rubbed her arm against her side. Both couldn't read the looks on their faces, turning away as quickly as possible.

"It's here!" Chan grinned as he lifted up the card for everyone to see.

The clueless boys cheered and happily made their way outside.

They stretched their arms when they got out of the Cafe, the cold air blowing against them.

"That was delicious. I'm so glad he gave us his card." Felix smiled against the breeze, his hair perfectly flying everywhere.

"Should we walk back to the dorm?" Changbin suggested. "Just so that we could excercise a bit."

Changbin was busy dieting these days (who told him to do so-_- he is perfect) and eating a lot today was not part of his plan.

Everyone pouted but went with his suggestion. They needed to atleast stretch their legs once.

The walk wouldn't be have been that long if they went through the main street, but Jisung thought the alleyway wouldn't have a lot of people and they wouldn't be disturb by others.

Unfortunately, when they turned a corner, they were met with a group of girls, who shrieked in excitement as they saw their Idols.

Haneul's heart started beating fast as she recognized the girls. Afraid, she slipped between the boys, and hid behind their tall bodies.

Seungmin noticed the distress in her face, sweating nervously and fidgeting with her fingers. He saw how her foot tapped impatiently, but quietly against the concrete.

He took a step back, looking infront of him as he stood beside Haneul.

"Omgee! I love you Chan!" The girls giggled as they made hearts with their hands.

The boys just laughed and thanked them in response. "Thank you. We love Stays too!"

"But.." Chan clapped his hands as he made a sad look. "We can't stay long here. We must be on our way now. Thank you though!"

They were about to walk past them when the same blondie pulled her hand out and stopped them. "Wait!" She yelled and pulled out a fake smile.

"We have a question." She said. Chan kindly raised his brows and waited for her to continue. "Who is Park Haneul to you?"

The boys looked over to the girls one by one as they puzzled the pieces, gasping silently when they realized that they were the ones that bullied her.

Chan would've punched the blondie then and there but that would be bad for their reputation. Besides, the girls could probably be recording them or something.

Seungmin saw Haneul hang her head down, holding her breath as she quietly listened. "Well, she's a really really good friend to all of us. She was a childhood best friend of mine too." Chan answered, eyeing the guys for help.

The blonde girl laughed softly as she felt her blood boil at Haneul. Luckily, she couldn't see past the boys that practically glued themselves to each other as they tried to hide Haneul behind them.

"But like, don't you see it?" She said, fluttering her long fake lashes.

"See what?" Chan did his best to sound nice through gritted teeth.

The girl's pink lips pulled up into a smile. "She's trying to flirt with all of you. She's bascially a who-"

Haneul wasn't able hear the last words when she felt two hands cuff her ears, blocking all the sound from the outside. All she could hear was the rushing of blood from palms against her ears.

Haneul lifted her head up slowly, trying to see who it was.

"Don't listen to them.." the soft voice of Seungmin waffled into her ears, nodding as she looked back down to the ground.
