Lucy's pov-
"cal I don't really know what to do anymore. She's always crying and I know she feels like shit... I've been trying to help her but nothing is helping really." I sighed. I was currently at the guys rented home with calum, laying on his chest.
"You should look from a different side. Go talk to Mikey maybe?" he suggested. I thought for a second. It could work? I could try to help them. Because they honestly need it.
"That sounds good. Where is he?" I asked, standing to put on some pants. Calum stood up also and grabbed his shirt and jeans off the floor, throwing them on. "I think in the game room. Want me to come with?" I nodded.
I followed calum into the game room and sure enough Michael was in there playing away on his play station, pressing buttons furiously.
"Michael." I said, making him glance back at me before turning back to the screen.
it was silence except the sound of his controller and the rapid sounds of shooting and yelling on the video game.
"Michael." calum said louder making Michael shake his head.
"Michael stop being a fucking dick and listen to us." calum seemed a bit aggravated with Michael.
Michael paused his game and placed the controller roughly on the floor.
"what?" he growled, his nose sneering and his eyebrows bitter together.
"We have to fucking talk to you." I snapped. Michael softened up, knowing j was dead serious at this point. He turned the chair towards us, waiting for one of us to speak.
"Look. Gwe-"
"Gwen didn't mean to do if blah blah, I know what you're going to say." he interrupted me.
"let me finish." I said sternly, "Gwen didn't mean to do it. and I really mean it. She was extremely drunk like to the point where she couldn't see correctly and so was Luke."
"You know Luke would never do that to you Michael. Luke can be an asshole but he'd never stoop that low. He would never fuck with someone that you cared for." calum added on. I nodded, "Calums right. Luke wouldn't do that. Listen, Gwen likes you a lot and she would never try to hurt you this way. She won't stop crying because she feels like she fucked everything up. I don't know if I'm making this better or anything but what I'm trying to say is at least talk to her. Tomorrow is Friday, she usually never does things on Friday afternoons so come over and talk to her. She wouldn't mind it, I know that for sure." I nodded. Michael sighed and ran his hands over his face.
"Guys I like Gwen but I'm scared. I don't want to fall in love and then get heartbroken or end up breaking her heart. I told her like 2 weeks ago that I wanted to be nothing more than friends but I know I fucked up. and the reason I got so pissed about the whole Luke thing is that he got to feel her before me. I wanted to show her that she meant the world to me, in the future not now. but I don't know. it fucked me up so I've been here moping and playing video games all day because I don't want to feel anything."

after having that long ass conversation with Michael and witnessing him literally almost crying, I was finally home.
I walked in to Gwen cooking soup.
"hey." I smiled, she smiled back and nodded at me.
"I love youuuuu." I cheesed at her.
"I love you too." she smiled back, locking her gaze back on the soup.
I walked into my room, taking my shoes off and throwing them to the side.
I hope Gwen is prepared for what Michael has to tell her.
