He still followed me upstairs even after I told him not to. "What's wrong , sweetie?" David said while stroking my hair. I slapped his hand away and began to cry more. He sat there watching me cry for a couple more minutes . "Ok Lily. If you insist. Anyway, Jake invited us to tonight's bonfire and I was -" I cut him off. "You can go David. I'll be fine."
He got dressed , kissed me on the cheek and left. I sat there in silence thinking peaceful when my phone rang. It was Kendall.
"Hey Lily! What's up?" - He said casually into the phone.
He noticed I didn't respond .
"I'm coming over right now." - he said after a couple minutes of me not answering.
"I need to talk to you , Kendall. " - I managed to choke out into the phone.
**** hang up***
I still need to fix my hair . I wanted to look at least decent for him. After I finished fixing my hair, the door bell rang.
