"What is that?" Scott asked as he looked at my laptop screen.

"It's a Sphynx kitten. Isn't it cute?"

"Hells yes. Oh I want one."

"Me too. Since I was an infant I've wanted one so bad."

"We should buy one."

"What?"

"Kinda like when married people have babies. You and I will adopt a Sphynx kitten."

"Seriously? They're quite expensive, Scott."

"I don't care. Babies are expensive." He said with a wide smile.

"Okay. I'd love to have a baby Sphynx kitten with you, Scotty."
-
We got to the pet store, and I walked in with amazement. So many cute animals. I wanted to hold them all.

"Do you have any Sphynx kittens?" I heard Scott ask before I walked to the back.

I stopped in front of a cage when I noticed a tiny gray hairless cat sleeping by itself.

"Scott!" I yelled across the store.

"What? What did you find?"

"Look." He bent down next to me and stared at the little angel. "He's so cute. Can we have him?"

He looked up at the salesperson and she shrugged, "He's all yours." She said.

Scott and I got up and walked to the register. When we finished paying, the lady got us a carrying case and a collar for him.

I picked up the kitten and he meowed, "Aww. Scott he's so cute. It's a boy right?" I asked the woman.

"Yes he is a boy."

"Good. He's so cute." I kissed the top of his head before putting him in the case gently, trying not to scare him.
-
He didn't stay in his case long, I felt bad for him so he sat on my lap on our way home, "You like the kitty?" Scott asked.

"I do. I really do." I petted the kitten as Scott drove home, "Thank you for making my dreams come true."

"Dreams?" I turned to look at him, as he did the same.

"Well, you've maid multiple come true. Not just the kitten, but more."

"They are?"

"Getting me away from my parents. The kitten. Living in a different country. And most importantly, falling in love. I've always dreamed about being with the one person I care about and love more than anything. You're that person. You're my person, Scotty. I love you with everything I have. I'll never take you for granted."

"Well, I'm honored. But you helped me too, remember? You helped me accept who I am, and showed me that being gay isn't something to be ashamed of. It's okay. I love you and I'll never take you for granted either, my little Brit." I leaned over and kissed him quickly before he returned back to the road.

"Scott. Look." I pointed to the kitten playing with his new scratching post, "Cutest thing ever." He came over and sat next to me.

"What's his name gonna be?"

"I'm not sure. Wanna help?"

"Last name Grassi-Hoying."

"Wow. Way to be a helper Scottland." I pecked him in the cheek and looked at the small kitten.

"So?"

"Wyatt. That's his name."

"Super cute."

"Wyatt Blue Grassi-Hoying. It's perfect Scotty!" I turned and kissed him as Wyatt climbed onto my lap.

"Our little baby." He said, petting Wyatt's head.

"Yes he is." I leaned down and kissed his head as he started to purr.
