Jackie's Point of View
"Can we sit in a booth!"
"Why?" Harry chuckled at my sudden excitement.
"Becauseeeeee" I whined, pulling Harry into the Waffle House by his wrist.
"Fine, we can sit in a booth"
"Yay" I exclaimed as I pulled Harry along to a booth and plopped him down on the cushioned seat.
I slid into the other side of the booth and made myself comfortable
Harry glanced at me curiously before picking up his menu
I studied Harry as he scanned his menu, his eyes were slightly squinted and his eyebrows furrowed, at this point I know it would be totally weird just to reach over and boop his adorable little nose, but I can't say I'm not tempted.
After a few moments passed, Harry sighed in satisfaction as he placed his menu back on the table
"So what are you going to get?" I questioned.
Harry's lips immediately turned into a childish grin.
"You're gonna laugh if I tell you" Harry replied, chuckling.
"What if I promise I won't laugh?" I pleaded.
"Fine, I got...the smiley face waffle" Harry whispered, barely loud enough for me to hear.
I almost felt the involuntary need to giggle but some how I held it back
Harry covered his blushing face with his large hands.
"What are you getting?" He relaxed his composure.
"Chocolate chip waffles" I answered, grinning cheekily.
Harry smirked at my answer
"You don't seem like a chocolate chip waffle kind of gal" Harry quirked an eyebrow at me.
"What can I say, I live life dangerously" I said sarcastically.
We both laughed in unison
"So I have a question" Harry spoke abruptly.
Here we go.
"And the question is...?" I replied, slight agitation in my voice.
We're getting along so well. It's the questions that always make us get into an argument.
"I'm just curious, what happened to that 'Ashton' guy you dated in high school? Are you guys still together" Harry questioned.
"No. God no. No, no, no." I shook my head as I spoke, as if I was trying to shake the memories from my brain.
"I'm sorry I asked" Harry chuckled in response, clearly sorry, yet amused that he brought it up.
"It's fine, I mean sure, he was sweet, caring, and attractive but.." I trailed off.
"What's wrong?" Harry quirked an eyebrow at me.
"It's just...he made me call him daddy"
Harry threw in his head back, laughing loudly and clapping.
"It's not funny!" I exclaimed, annoyed at first, until I realized, it actually was pretty funny.
I joined Harry in laughter, which eventually resulted in both of us making quite a scence.
I stopped laughing as I noticed almost every eye in the restaurant was fixated on us.
Harry was still chuckling so I hit him lightly on the forearm and motioned my hand to the old couple sitting in front us that are clearly annoyed at our loud childish behavior.
The old woman glanced at me and Harry, shaking her head as she did so.
I gave her a weak smile as she continued to stare.
I noticed Harry had been occupied with something on the table while the staring contest between me and the elderly woman continued.
I glanced at Harry, a straw, with what looked like grape jelly on the end was hanging from his mouth.
"Harry what are you gonna-"
He ignored my question as he turned around towards the lady, who was still staring.
Her eyes went big as she realized what Harry was about to do.
Harry blew a forceful breath into the straw which sent the chunk of jelly flying.
Until it hit the target.
The old woman's glasses lens.
