Aurora closed the door to the archives and rushed in."Can you please now tell me?" She spoke to inside her suitcase, while sitting down and reclining by the windowsill.

Elina popped out her head."You won't drop it, will you?"

She shook her head in response.

She sighed, gazing up at her."Fine." She flew out of her improvised carrier and pointed a slender finger at her."But first, you tell me why you want to know."

Aurora raised her hands in the air, "Of course,"  and said.

Elina sat on the suitcase and crossed her arms, expecting a sheer response from her."I'm listening."

"I won't dwell too much on it. The reason behind my interest is because I'm having these dreams lately... my teachers told me it was some kind of occult ability that awoken when I arrived at Gedonelune, and that was why I was having them... they referred them to premonitions... And, somehow were directly connected to some incidents happening in the academy. From what I could understand, they already were before my arrival but, were very well hidden. Now, the general public knows and is on alert." She provided the requested information, explaining what she was going through first as to her winged friend fulfill her part of the bargain.

"Why do you think it's dragon-related?" She asked.

"Because a dragon spoke with me through my dreams." Her jaw clenched as she went through her memory again, unwittingly recalling the bad parts."He was warning me. Please listen to me, something bad is about to happen... And, I need to know if this has anything to do with that legend."

Elina acknowledged and shared what she knew about the matter. "The legend is indeed true but, it wasn't quite a folklore invention, as your professor told you earlier. The dragons were highly intelligent creatures and could yield any kind of magic, be it light or dark, depending on their demeanor. Their magic came from their origin element, which basically helped them to retain and restore it when needed. Hugo, the Dragon of Time, as he is known, has his element as the 'time' itself, the very reason he was able to petrify himself and still protect Gedonelune's land with his magic. And, how? Because his power turned on eternal life-stock. But, that's not all. He had knowledge about the past, present, and future. So, he knew that Gedonelune would be left without a direct heir. That said, and out of respect for the friendship he had with the First King, he left a gem forged by his own fire-spit in his petrified body, one to be pulled out by the royal blood lineage solely and only after the person said their full name. The rest you know."

"Yeah, something about it shinning in the presence of the true king and queen, right?" She was trying to fit the puzzle pieces.

She nodded, continuing to further explain."The gem has a unique power, a time-controlling gift. The very one Hugo possessed. Anyone who acquires it, gains the capability to travel in time with wasting a single drop of its magic, of course it has its side-effects in the long term but, it's very a useful trait nevertheless. They can change anything on different timelines." A short pause followed."We fairies try not to talk too much about dragons or to meddle their business. Our affinity with them is almost nil..." Her gaze dropped to her hands, she seemed a somehow ashamed. Curious.  "Aurora, I don't know to what extent it might be related to your dreams but, this is all I know."

"I understand. Then, tell me one more thing. Is it possible to retrieve it by other means? I mean, can someone who's not royal blood grab it?"
