Lexa Callero's POV
"Damn Lexa, I couldn't focus with all his screams," Viola speaks into the ear piece. It's this moment that I realize Viola heard everything.
"Shit Viola, I forgot," I say apologetically, genuinely concerned that she heard everything.
I've said it before, but I never like to trouble her with the gory details. Her hearing my victim's screams firsthand isn't exactly ideal for that matter.
"Chill Lex, I'm not a baby. I can handle a little torture," she boastfully says. But that's the thing, I know she can't.
"Where are you?" I ask, dismissing the topic.
"Near the bar, having a drink. Thought I'd wait for you to finish your fun," she laughs, and I roll my eyes.
I head to the bar and take in the obnoxious music and crowded, compressed bodies dancing. Viola sits there, sipping on a margarita.

"Look, all the Americans are wearing navy suits. Much easier to locate," she says. I can barely hear her over the loud music and chatters, but the ear piece makes it easier.
She then hands me a capsule of pills. There are probably 20 or 30 in total.
I look up at all the men with navy suites, and I'll admit, it's a lot more than I'd expect to just coincidently be at the club, but my murderous ass isn't complaining.
"Ready to start the show?" I ask with a smirk.
She winks in return and we walk our separate ways.
I decide to go for the easy ones first, saving the fun ones for later, and I go towards the group chatting over drinks. They're all men in navy suites dressed formally, even though they're laughing drunk off their asses.
Clearly, they're not paying attention to their unguarded drinks on the counter. All the Americans have been fucking idiots tonight.
Two of them sit on the chairs, facing the other two hovering above them. All of them are smoking cigarettes, so I throw mine on the floor and step on it to create a conversation starter.
