                            Jacolby POV
Damn, my girl in jail and my momma dead. This a hurtful feeling, but I don't know how they got her fingerprints and hair sample.  Them niggas was smart, but not smart enough. They said the date and time of death my mom died. We was at the vendors looking to update the clubs. Luckily we have security cameras to prove that; we was in Georgia at the Club Michelle owns. We have to get more stuff something stronger to hold out in court. I'm about to call Barry, so he can take her case to trial.
        Barry I Need a huge favor. You have to rush her trial or at least try to get her a bond. She didn't do this. When all this happen we was in Atlanta. I have video footage of us checking out club venues. They say they have fingerprints and samples of hair, but how is that possible if we was in Atlanta. All Barry could say is that we need to file a motion to test the evidence at the facility I pick. Some facilities are paid by dirty cops to forge evidence and samples and that's sad.
Barry POV
      That's probably the case in this situation. Did Michelle piss anyone off or they're trying to get back at you for something you did. If I can prove that the facilities are a fraud a lot of innocent people would get out of jail and I'll be the best paid lawyer around here. I'll try my best to prove the corruption these cops been pulling off. Only how I know,because I have a few inside sources that feel guilty about the things they do. Maybe I can get them on the stand as well. When you go visit Michelle get a lock of her hair and let her hold a plastic water cup to her fingerprints.
Place it in a zip lock bag and bring it to me. I'll have my friend test it for me and see what she come up with and how I'm going to beat this case. Can you do that for me Jacolby. Yea, I can do that Barry. "I'll go out my way for her," Jacolby told Barry. All I have to do is call Tyra to see when the coast will be cleared so I can bring her Michelle samples to be tested the right way. Does Michelle have any sickness or diseases to tie with the DNA Sample ?
Jacolby POV
          No, she never told me about any sickness and Nita never talk about Michelle having bad health if anything Michelle is healthy as an ox. I just don't understand who would want to do this to her. She's so sweet and sensitive she wouldn't hurt a fly. She loves unconditionally and that's one of the reasons I love her. She's beautiful in and out and It hurts to see her in a jail suit. That should've been me. I still can't see how they found James body. It should've been decayed only one who knew I killed James was my mom and Chris.
       His pussy ass dead now. So it have to be somebody in my old crew who survived. I'm pretty sure Chris dead. I shot him in the head At least 10 times. I over killed him execution style. I had to make sure this time, So it won't be a next time. I moved to Georgia to think all my past life would be gone and now Michelle suffering for something I did.  They don't want to leave us alone. They about to make me come out of retirement. I just need to fly Davon out here and get August crew out here, so we could come up with a plan.
        If Michelle get convicted she automatically get life in prison and ill go stand on the stand and say I did it, Before my baby do life for something she didn't do. Before I sit up there and rat I'll do another nigga life - Spitta 💚. I'll sit there and do my time with no problems. I just don't want her to sit there for nothing she didn't do. I wonder who calling me.  It's Nita, hey ma you heard something? Meet me at the courtroom at 9 tomorrow. Michelle Lawyer Barry requested a bond hearing. I hope they let her come home.
           I know ma; I ain't been sleeping well. I miss her being home even though it's been almost 72 hours. I can't sleep with out her. I'm depressed I feel like it's all my fault. I couldn't protect her. I'll see you at court in the morning ma, goodnight. We was planning a wedding and the police coming knock on our door out the blue. It was a crazy  and scary moment for her. She tries to be brave, but I know deep down she hurt and angry with me. I dragged her in a life she didn't belong in.
       I got her coming save me shooting AR-15 and shit. If she not mad at me I know she's disappointed and so am I. I can't even be mad at her if she decides to call the wedding off. I know I would to. She didn't ask to be in this type of lifestyle. She and sacrifices for me and put her life on the line and literally came and saved my life. I wouldn't trade her for anything in the world. This women love deep and I'll just have to show her my love deeper and I'll always be by her side like 3005.
                                Michelle POV
    I'm sitting in this one man cell and my feelings are very hurt. The guards treat me like I'm shit. Luckily I'm in the cell by myself, so I won't have to deal with other women. They have me in a one man cell since I'm charged with two counts of first degree murder. I just hope Jacolby keep his word and get me out. I see that he's trying since I've been meeting with his lawyer Barry and trying to come up with a plan to get me out. Barry asked if I had any sickness or diseases, but I don't.
      Last night the girl in the cell on side me got raped by a guard. I just pray and hope he keep me safe and sound. I did some bad things in life, but I pray and and ask for repentance and to watch over me and guide me everyday. The prison food is nasty as hell. Jacolby put $100 on my books, so I could get noodles, cookies and pies from commissary, so I don't have to eat the prison food. I can't eat junk food for the rest of my life.
      Something has to shake and shake fast. I miss Nita gumbo and potato salad and fried fish. I'm really a fat girl at heart and all I could think about is Nita food 😩. They need to free me real soon‼️‼️‼️
