Chapter 11

I would appreciate it so much if you checked out Girlgoat44 she is she is one of my besties and could use some love and appreciation. So if you are into anything to do with werewolves or fantasy I would definitely have a look at her stuff. Also a big special thank you to you Ayshia, I don't know what I would have done without you the last couple of months, thanks for all the support especially since I haven't see you in so long time and your hundreds of km away, I miss you and you better come back we are all going crazy without you here, not that we already weren't crazy but oh well. I'll stop my rant here.

Lilianna P.O.V

It had been 47 years since that day  the Cullen's came and nothing has changed except for the fact that they practically  had become my second family. I still hadn't met the 4 other members of the family, but apparently they don't like the Volturi very much so they don't come to visit with the rest of his family. 

I don't really care it's their choice, my family isn't exactly everyone's cup of tea. They have apparently changed tremendously since I came along, according to Carlisle. 

Anyway I was heading down to Forks where the Cullen's are currently located. They had made a treaty with some of the shifters that resided in La Push. it was an odd sort of relationship or mutual agreement more like.

That we vamps would stay to one side of the border and them on the other as well as not hunting in the area, but we were vegetarians so it didn't matter.  

Any who I was ecstatic  about seeing him it had been 17 years since the last visit, we call every week though. Volterra was extremely busy for us the last couple of decades, we have had a very rapid rising of vampire numbers across the globe.

No doubt that majority came from the south, Maria and her newborn army were always one of the top threats on our list.

 It had been restless down in Mexico when a new challenger managed to overthrow Maria, and if anyone has heard of her, you know how hard she is to beat, and how she absolutely hates losing.

It's never really happened before except for the time that her favourite second in command soldier Jasper Whitlock escaped her grasp. 

I'm glad Ali found Jazz who would have known what could of happened if she didn't. I was just happy that Jasper was now happy, after all he went through he deserved so much.

Aro some how managed to convince me that I needed to take two of the guard members with me because of the vampire numbers. After we argued we settled on Alec and Demetri, I would have taken Jane if I didn't know how much she was needed here.

The attacks on the castle have just gotten worse over time most of them have tried to take me with them, no matter how much I say I love it here and want to be here, they are convinced I'm being brainwashed.

Other than that life is going great and they had forced me onto our private jet much to my disapproval. We were flying straight to a big clearing not far from the Cullen household.

Edward and I's relationship is something very hard to explain, everything is perfect but I don't know if that's just friendship. I had started to like Edward not just as my best friend but as more I don't know how he feels honestly. 

My thoughts rang through my head loudly as i played with my necklace and my locket Edward got me on the first anniversary of our friendship.  In the locket is a picture of us and on the back is an inscription "Forever & Always" which is our unspoken promise to each other.

We were only a few hours from forks and Alec and Demetri were wrestling around in the jet, they acted like five year olds I can only imagine how much worse it would have been if Felix was here.

(Time skip)

We had just landed in the clearing and had been confronted some of the Council members of La Push, they informed us not to hunt in the area. Which we definitely wouldn't have the boys had fed before we left.

It was a three minute run from the clearing to the Cullen residence, when we got there I was thoroughly surprised and amazed. It was so beautiful and modern, with some walls completely made of glass. 

I could tell Esme had been the one to design it, you could see her personality in the structure. The door opened to reveal Carlisle and Esme waiting for us, I hugged them both and went inside.

I thought the outside of the house was amazing but the inside shocked me more, it felt so open and vibrant, unlike like Volterra. Don't get me wrong I love my home in Italy, but there was just something about this place that I loved.

"So where the rest of your coven?" Alec asked. "They went out to hunt and Edward left to go drop Bella back at her house. "Who's Bella?" I wonder, Edward never mentioned a Bella and he tells me everything. 

Alec and Demetri left to run laps around the town to check for any other supernatural beings.

"Bella is Edward's mate, but she is human. So i ask you please not to go and inform Aro" Carlisle said to me.

My heart sunk, Edward had a girlfriend and he never told me. My feelings were clearly irrelevant now that he had a mate. I don't know what hurt more, the fact that he kept this from me, or that it wasn't me who he was supposed to love for eternity.
