My alarm clock beeps and I groan and get up to turn it off.  Sam rubs his eyes and I almost forgot he was here.

"Good morning sunshine." He groans and I giggle at the raspiness in his voice.

"Good morning grouchy face." I crinkle my nose and I find myself laughing at my own joke.  I throw on a plaid cut off and a pair of jean shorts.  Sam takes a pair of jeans out of his duffle bag and slides his sweatpants off.  He slips his jeans on over his boxers and I head to the bathroom to do my makeup.   Sam joins me shortly after.

"I fed Chuckie." He's only half awake and I don't blame him.  He's only been up for a couple of minutes.

"You mean Charles?" I giggle and he rolls his eyes.

"I suppose." He walks out of the bathroom and I finish putting mascara on my eyelashes.  Our flight leaves in three hours and we have to get everything packed and get Charles to get in his crate.  He's a 150 lb. dog, but I guess no dogs are allowed to have a seat.

"Can you pack my stuff? I have to go get the pills for the plane from the vet?"

"Sure." He groans and rolls his eyes, I giggle because I know he doesn't want to pack for me.  But after all, this was his idea.  I drive to the vet to get the sleeping pills for Charles.  I check in and see the vet.  I get the pills and head back. Two hours and 15 minutes until I have to leave for LA.  I hurry home.  All my bags are packed and put into the trunk along with Sam's stuff.  I get Charles in the back seat and now it's only an hour and 30 minutes until the flight.  We get to the airport and get boarded onto the plane.  Thank god.  By the time we finally reach our seats, we only have 15 minutes until take off.

"You were about spot-on on the timing." Sam places his hand on my thigh and I rest my head on his shoulder.

"Thank you!" I cheesily grin and give him a peck on the cheek.  The rosiness in his cheeks disappears and I feel at ease for once in my life.  Our plane take off and I groan.

"I hate this." I whine and Sam laughs at my misfortune.  I playfully slap his arm and his grin could light up the whole world.

"No fair! You are always on planes!" I whine and bury my head in his chest thats rapidly going up and down from laughing so hard.

"I can't breathe!" He wheezes in laughter and I laugh along with him.  The plane ride goes by faster than I had first expected.  We play games to pass the time as we wait for the luggage.  I let Charles out of his crate so I can fold it up.  He passes me and barrels over to Sam and I roll my eyes.

"I raised you, dog." I scold and walk the crate over with the rest of the luggage.  Sam clips the industrial leash to the well-mannered but enormous mutt.  Finally, our last bag comes around on the luggage carousal and I snatch it off the crowded carousal.

(Sorry today's update was so short, but I've been extremely busy and haven't had much time lately! I promise I will either add to this chapter or add a new chapter! xoxo~ Lia)
