Chapter 17

    After inviting the king and his daughter to visit them on the boat, Yuvraj turned to Arnold, who was trying on the suit he was being lent.

    "Are you sure about this, you had to put holes in the back for my other arms."

    "It's fine, I can fix this later.  It wouldn't be the first time I had to modify a suit for another species, and your fix was one of the more simpler ones I've ever had to done."

    "Still, and are you sure this is a good idea?  Me and the leprechaun princess."

    "Your perfect.  You said no matter the lineage, race, or even gender, you would like to try having a relationship, and she's looking for some one that's going to care for her, for who she is, and you said that's what you would do.  Also your royal, so that makes you a candidate."

    "You act like you know this will go well."

    "I actually do believe it will, kind of helps when you're a fortune teller."

    "What, really?"

    "Yep, and I foresaw a good chance with the two of you."

    "A chance."

    "Yep."

    Right then the door burst open and Lotus came in, "They're here."

    "We'll be there in a minute.  Make them comfy enough to not be suspicious, but enough they're more ready for the surprise and not freak out."

    "Yes sir."

    Closing the door behind her, she left them there, Yuvraj looking after her through the window.  Turning to Arnold, he looked him up and down, making sure he looked presentable.  After approving, he walked out, making sure the door was open a crack for Arnold to hear if when he was called for.

    "Your majesties, welcome aboard."

    "Oh please, no need to be so formal, call me Gere, and my daughter is Lily, I don't think we told you earlier."

    "Well.  I figure out your problems, both of yours."

    "Um, straight to business, alright, but both our problems?"

    "You need what ever it was messing with you town to get figure out, and you need someone to try and date you but is of royal blood."

    "So you vanquished the beast, and like noble prince, wish to try and date my daughter?"

    "No, I have no idea if my blood is royal, but your 'beast' actually was just a person with many spiders that follow him, and he's royal to the bone."

    "Oh, so he's a prince with a spider curse?"

    "Not exactly.  Now, it may be a bit of a shock, but I talked with him, and he'll try to work with you guys, and your traditional laws, but you will have to work to be accepting with him, so Lily, and Gere, would you like to meet him?"

    They were silent for a moment, and Lily nodded, and her dad looked up at her, apparently surprised she reacted so fast.

    Turning to the RV, Yuvraj spoke up, "Arnold, they would like to meet you."

    They were all still for a moment, no motion for a moment, but then the door was being pushed open by a black speckled red hand, and out from the door walked Arnold, looking nervous in his half spider-ness.

    Gene was definitely speechless, his eyebrows crinkled in confusion and surprise.  Lily's expression was blank, and Arnold stood in front of her, holding up a rose to her, "I know that I may the last kind of person you would expect to try and date, but I promise that royalty will have nothing to with me try to have a relationship with you, so if your willing to try, I would be happy to be there for you."

    Everyone was holding their breath as they waited for a response, and as they did, Gene started turning red, obviously conflicted about all of this, when the silence was broken by Lily, "How about our first date be a trip to the circus?"

    "You mean it?"

    "Absolutely, it'll be a date to remember."

...

    As the new couple started to get to know each other, Gene was sitting off to the side, his face riddled in confusion, and noticing, Yuvraj walked over, "So there's finally a royal prince here for your daughter, happy?"

    "I'm not sure, I've been looking for a leprechaun of royal descent and even just noble blood, but it's never been thought up that it could've been a person outside of leprechauns."

    "I've checked the official rules, and the requirements are royalty, so your daughter could've had a person outside of your known range this entire time."

    "Your right, but still."

    "Only time will tell.  Besides, they are getting along nicely already, so if anything, you should just be there to support instead of worrying about it not working out.  So anyways,  as promised, your city is now free for you all to move back into, and you have a circus night to all come and enjoy in a few days, so if anything. you should bethinking about getting to the front row seats before it's all taken the night of the show."

    "Yeah, your probably right."

    "Of course."

    "What's that suppose to mean?"

    "Something."

    After the Leprechauns cleared out and back into the caves, everyone started unpacking the tents and stands.  Booths were being set up and Yuvraj was looking for a spot to put his trailer to do his fortune telling.

    Driving around, he found a spot between the dunking tank and Dan's Petting Zoo.  Wait a minute, since when was there a petting zoo.

    Parking the Jeep with the Trailer in tow, Yuvraj climbed out and headed into the area, finding Dan there with different animals, none of which Yuvraj had seen before.

    "Dan, care to explain were you got these animals?"

    "Oh, well, uh.  I found them in the forest, and since they're native to these parts I thought that I could use them and the people would be familiar with them."

    "Dan, even if we would allow this, people don't go to petting zoos to pet frogs toads and newts.  No. One."

    "Well I also got this guy here."

    "Birds?"

    "Yep."

    "No, those claws and beaks are sharp, and he looks ready to use them, release them before I turn you into one of them and leave you here to live your days as an Ireland animal."

    "Fine."

    After making sure he was actually releasing the animals, Yuvraj worked his trailer into the space and after setting up the trailer to look mystic, he took the jeep and parked it out of the way.

    After setting up the room for when clients were ready, he headed off to see if anyone would need assistance with anything.
