Madi POV
It's been a long time since I've driven down this road, fear kicked in as I realised that just around the corner was were my dad lived, I was praying that he didn't find out I was back
I walked up to the porch and took a deep breath before I knocked on the door, surely enough Brooklyn answered

"Holy shit Madi! Where have you been?!" She exclaimed as she pulled me into the tightest hug

"I'll tell you everything just let me come inside" I said quietly while looking around, just incase I saw him

"Wow, so you've been living with vic?" She breathed out

"Yeah, but we sort of had a fight and I walked out, I didn't know where else to go Brooky" tears welled up in my eyes

"No, no it's okay" she pulled me into a hug

"I mean, I'm in love with him obviously, but, I mean I don't want to let my feelings take over you know? And I just don't understand why he would want me... I don't know.....I'm just so confused and I don't know what to do about anything anymore" I looked down feeling guilty that I just left him alone like that

"Well of course he would want yo-" she was cut of by her mother walking in

"Madi, you're here that's good, I'm just going to call your dad to come pick you up okay sweetie have fun you two" she said quietly before walking out and closing the door behind her

For a moment I hesitated then I realised what she just said, I looked at dani and she looked at me

"MUM NO!" She yelled as we both ran out the door and down the stairs

Vic POV
"Who could love a girl with scars?" She said before she walked out

Me, I would love a girl with scars...
I was stunned, the one girl I was trying to protect from harms way, the one girl I was falling for, just walked out on me, I didn't know what to do, I just wish she would understand that I'm actually falling for her and I don't care if she had scars she was still perfect to me

"MADI!" I yelled as I ran downstairs

I had been driving around for what seemed like forever, just looking for her, I had no idea where she went, I had no idea what trouble she might be in, my heart started beating faster as I remembered her dad, let's just say I drove a little faster

Madi POVe
"Mum! Mum! Stop!" Brooky yelled out to her mum as she picked up the phone

"What Brooklyn?" Her mum asked with an annoyed look on her face

"Uh...y-you....can't call her dad" Dani said quickly

"And why not?" Her mum said looking crossed

"Well, you just can't, please just don't mum, seriously" brooky looked at me then her mum
Her mum waved us away as she started dialling numbers into the phone
"Go away you two, continue what you were doing.....off you go" she said lastly

I hesitated when I realised that there was no way of stopping Mrs. Matthews from calling my dad

"Go" she repeated

Brooky grabbed me by the arm, took me up into the room and shut the door

"Fuck!" I said quite loudly
"What do I do? I can't go back there with him, he will kill me" I continued

"Hey....hey it's okay, he won't hurt you while your here right?" She tried to reassure me

"Sure but god knows what will happen when I get home" my breathing started to get heavy as I ran my hands through my hair, I wanted vic

just then the door bell rang

"Madi! Your dads here!" Mrs. Matthews yelled

"NO NO BROOKY DON'T LET ME GO!" I yelled at her

"OMG! MADI I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO!! Wait, we will confront him, yeah! We will confront him!" She calmed down, rubbing my shoulder

"Mhm, okayy" I said eagerly while playing with my fingers

As we went downstairs I saw him, my dad, a shiver went through my body as I remembered everything that he has done to me, I was snapped out of my thoughts by him hugging me, I was frozen, what the fuck was he doing? I had the biggest urge to push him away but I couldn't move

"I missed you so much baby" he faked to actually care
I cringed at him calling me 'baby'

"Cmon lets go" he grabbed my hand really tight and pulled me towards the door, I screwed up my face at the pain he was causing by holding my wrist but I couldn't pull away

"Goodbye, sweetheart!" Mrs. Matthews waved me off, I looked at brooky and she opened her mouth to speak
"No get your hands of her! What are you gonna do? Hurt her more?!" She looked him straight in the eyes and raised her middle finger while grabbing my arm

"BROOKLYN MATTHEW'S INSIDE NOW!!" Her mother yelled at her, breaking our grip and pushing her inside, locking the door
"I'm so sorry rick! Ignore her" she gave him a smile, he nodded and continued to drag me towards the car, brooky kept banging on the door and I was trying to get out of his grip but there was no use
That was it, its all over

As I got in the car he put his hand on my thigh and said bitterly to me

"Finally you're back, you're gonna wish you never returned" he started smiling to himself and drove off
