Where I wanted to be

Rick POV

"What do you mean she's dead?" My heart immediately started beating rapidly

"Well she-we went to check on her and we found her lying on the floor with her wrists slit and we assumed she was dead so we took her to a trash can and dumped her" they stuttered as they spoke

"Assumed?"

"Yes that's correct"

"Did you even check her pulse?" My blood started boiling

"Well n-no" stuttering again

"She's probably alive then, you just let her out you dickheads!" I stormed past them, making my way to the door

"I doubt she's alive, she slit her wrists, there was a lot of blood" they tried to convince me

"She slits her wrist all the time, you should of looked a bit closer, cuts by cuts by cuts, and she somehow knows how to survive that shit" I just wanted to smash something... anything!

"Take me to where you left her... now!"

All three of us left the building and power walked to the alleyway, I took a deep breath and lifted the lid only to find rubbish, no body.

"Where the fuck is she?" I demanded

"She-she was here, this is where we left her"

"You two fucking pinheads! You let her go! She's free now and probably back with vic! Do you know how hard it is going to be to get her again, he won't let her out of his sight! FUCK!" I screamed, the one thing I wanted most, I had and now she's gone, but I know what I'll do once I get my hands on her again, and this time, she won't be leaving.

"Next time I see her" I started

"I'm gonna kill her"

Madi POV

"Madi?" I heard his voice as I looked up from my current position, I was sitting on the cold cement trying not to move my legs, gosh they were so sore

I looked up and saw the one person I wanted to see right now

Tony

He helped me to my feet and then engulfed me into a hug, I hugged him back never wanting to let go

"Oh my god, where have you been?" His eyes widened

"Honestly I don't even know" I exhaled

He helped me walk to the couch and went to make me a glass of water

"Wheres jaime?" I yelled from the lounge

"He's out with mike and vic, they are searching for you" he walked back in and sat down next to me

"Why'd you come here and not to your house?" He questioned, passing me the glass of water

I don't know why I preferred to be with Tony, I guess it's because we are so close, although we don't hang out a lot, he's my best friend and I just feel so comfortable around him

I took a small sip of the water, placed it on my lap and started tracing the rim of the cup with my fingers

"I wanted to see you" truth is, I couldn't predict how vic was going to act and I know he would ask so many questions and drive himself crazy, but Tony, he just lets me breathe and doesn't bombard me with questions I don't know the answer to, plus I wanted to see my best friend, there's nothing wrong with that right?

"And you said vic wasn't home so there wouldn't be a point would there?" I just went with that, what I was thinking was too much to explain

"Fair enough, hey we should probably call vic, he's drove himself crazy trying to find you, and I don't want to worry you madi but..." He hesitated, which made me worry even more than I should be

"What? What is it Tony? Why should I be worried?" My voice expression changed, I had no clue what he was going to say

"It's just that, well it might be nothing bu-" i cut him off

"Spit it out Tony!"

"For a while now vic has been wearing long sleeves everyday, refusing the take his jacket off and I am just concerned that's all"

My heart dropped, please don't let this be true.

I swallowed hard and then spoke "Can we call vic please, I need to see him"

"Sure" Tony pulled his phone out and dialled vic's number

"What is it?" I could hear vic's voice, he sounded so distressed, he sounded different not like himself.

"Uhh well guess who turned up at my door" Tony looked over at me, I gave him a weak smile and put my head down, poor vic, I wish none of this happened, I wish I was still with him, waking up every morning to his strong arms wrapped around me and his messy bed hair.

"Madi? Fuck! We are on our way, mike! They found Ma-" the line went dead, he hung up the phone and raced straight to the car I'm guessing.

"Too bad if it wasn't you" he slightly laughed

"Yeah" I smiled, I was so nervous to see him again but also overwhelmed, I leant over and wrapped my arms around Tony, hugging me back I just felt like falling asleep

"Thankyou" I spoke into his shirt

"It's Okayy" he hugged me a bit tighter

I must of fell asleep because I woke up to the sound of loud thumping on the front door, I immediately sat upright and rubbed my eyes, I think I was crying in my sleep, I'm not sure

Tony opened the door and vic came bursting in, one look at me and he engulfed me in his arms, breathing out heavily

" I love you so much" he kissed me on top of my head
Now I really was crying, I didn't say anything back I just hugged him, that all I really wanted to do right now
