Hide and Seek

Ch14-In his clutches

Damien lets his finger trail down her cheek, his claws slightly drawing blood.  She shivers against the feeling of his cold breath, caressing her skin ever so gently.  He stares into her eyes long and hard.  His hypnotic gaze draws her into him slowly.  She clutches onto him, feeling the urge that's only begun to stir up inside of her.  He pulls her to his body, lips crashing right onto hers.  Their breaths mingling, tongues teasing one another as his hand grips her thigh tight, making her arch in pleasure.  He inches further up her leg and keeps his lips on hers.  She pushes him away when she tastes something slithering into her mouth.  She looks at Damien with wide eyes, realising what he did and in a frantic, tries to regurgitate whatever entered inside of her.  She feels its toxins doing their work, as she sinks to the floor.  Her eyes becoming duller by the second and then everything goes black.  Damien hovers over her, with a smirk on his face before feeling Lucifer's presence behind him.  "Who said you could lay a hand on my woman?"-Lucifer.  "F-Forgive me my lord... it was the only way to get it inside of her"-Damien.  "Fine.  I never want to see you touching her in any way again.  Do I make myself clear boy?"-Lucifer. 

Damien watches her sleeping form, contorted in pain and his smile only becomes wider and crooked as he brushes his lips softly across her cheek.  He vanishes from her mind and she's left unconscious, fighting off whatever is now inside of her.  Lucifer watches from a distance, debating on whether to help her.  He watches blood spilling from her body and the sight of it, makes him flinch.  He bends down and sees whatever it is, eating her organs and finding each and every bite delectable.  He picks it up with his fingers and burns it alive, letting its ashes scatter amongst the ground.  He focuses his mind on healing her damaged organs and fitting them right back in place.  One by one, he has every organ back into her body and she soon opens her eyes and is startled to see Lucifer peering right down at her. 

"Hmm you are truly beautiful even when you wake up"-Lucifer

"W-what happened? I remember having a nightmare... of seeing Damien killing me..."-Yasmin

"You almost died my child had I not intervened.  I can't let anything happen to my precious wife now can I?"-Lucifer

"It was real then... I really can't bring him back"-Yasmin

"You're better off leaving him to his own darkness.  If you get up caught in his lies again, I'm afraid I won't be able to save you a second time"-Lucifer. 

Yasmin sits ruminating on what's just happened.  She knows both Lily and Damien are involved in this and that they're abducting her friends.  Her thoughts pondering on Eunwoo on how he must be feeling and when he discovers the truth, could he ever look at her in the same light? Could he still say he loves her despite everything? She feels her heart beginning to crack at each thought of him.  Her eyes filling with tears, as she clutches her chest in pain.  She sinks back towards the ground, screaming out in excruciating pain of her heart throbbing and beating irregularly.  She blinks slowly feeling her tears continuing to block her sight, as she's enshrouded in darkness again. 

Eunwoo and Linda watch as Lily sinks back into the shadows.  They each sigh in relief, as Mia comes out from her hiding place.  They hear a banging sound and a muffled voice, as they begin to listen in silence.  Mia is the first to make her way over to the noise.  She finds a door with an intricate lock system.  She calls for Linda and Eunwoo to come over, to show her findings and for the group to meet up with the others.  "What do you think this is?"-Mia.  "It's a puzzle... we have to twist the pieces so it can make the symbol on the door"-Eunwoo.  "Raima has a knack for this sort of thing.  Let's call her and see what they've found out"-Linda. 

*Meanwhile with the others*

"Haaaaa I don't know about you two but I could feel the sexual frustration between those two from here"-Raima

"Who Eunwoo and Linda?"-Jae

"Yeah obviously...Poor Yas but at the same time she dragged us into this, so I don't really have so much sympathy for her rn"-Raima

"This place is a train wreck.  I wonder who broke in here?"-Jae. 

"Well ladies...Let's try to get some insight into the people who were living here"-Jackson

They each take one section of the room and head off to investigate.  Raima finds a bunch of papers scattered all over the desk and her eyes, land on one particular article in bold lettering.  She picks it up and scrutinises over each letter, word carefully to make sure nothing is missed out.  Her fingers glide across the paper, as she feels dust with each word she skims across.  Then she sees it, the article about the "truth" on this place.  She sees Jae tapping some walls to find a hidden door and Jackson going through books, to see if there is anything that stands out.  She continues reading the article and blinks a few times before resuming.  "A total of 4 children were living in this house... 2 of which were found dead due to unnatural causes.  The case lacked evidence and therefore was closed.  The other 2 children have unknown whereabouts, no one knows whether they are alive or not.  The other two are confirmed dead"-Raima. 

Raima's phone begins to ring and she picks it up immediately, as the others make their way towards her.  She hears Eunwoo on the other line, asking for an update and saying how he needs help with solving a puzzle.  She beams at the idea of putting her ingenuity to good use.  She tells Eunwoo what she found and then something clicks behind them.  Jae who had been fiddling with a bunch of walls, finally hears something move.  The ground begins to shake and when they assume it's an earthquake, they all duck down for cover.  "What's happening?!-Jackson.  "What the...Raima you need to come here!! The puzzle is..."-Eunwoo
