Ch17-It was you all along

Baekho places himself on top of Linda, stroking her face so endearingly and leaning down to kiss her lips once more. She stares into his eyes, whilst using her hands to keep his gaze only on her. He feels himself melting into her embrace, as she begins to ask him questions about their past. He rolls himself off of her, guilt crawling onto his handsome features and cuts her off before she can say another word. "It's better if you don't know anything Linda...We're enemies now...we can't have sex or love like we used too"-Baekho. "You have to tell me everything Baek, so I can let go"-Linda. "Y-you...make a fair point fine but the truth will hurt a lot"-Baekho.

She waits for him to continue, as she finishes putting the last of her clothes on. He leaves his chest exposed and Linda settles herself down next to him, as he looks at her determined and scared to tell her, but she gently nudges him and he begins to recount everything that has happened up until now. "My parents...are the owners of this place. Eunwoo played the part in helping Yasmin choose this place because truthfully we just wanted to find our parents unfinished research. Yasmin...is the most affected in this entire situation and despite everything Eunwoo did to her, as well as my parents he still fell in love with her. I know you two slept together. He told me, but I was at the point where my research meant more than our relationship. I've been studying for years and so has Eunwoo. The way we can finish our parents research and make the impossible happen. I never should've fallen in love with you either...You're being affected by this just like everyone is...."-Baekho. "Is loving me such a sin to you Baekho? Sure you messed up but despite that...you felt love and what did that feel like to you?"-Linda. "W-well...I guess I was grateful to experience such a feeling... and I'm sure Eunwoo is too. Things will change once she recovers all her memories...Will they go back to how things are now or will the truth tear the two apart forever?"-Baekho. "I wish I knew...Yas is so forgiving and she loves Eunwoo so much...but when it comes to her past? That's a mystery she's always wanted to solve"-Linda. "Well enough about them...My parents final end goal was to bring back the dead...Extracting that kinda power from Lucifer and using it to have that infinite power...Greedy as we're already well off but to think those innocent civilians lives that have been taken, we wanted to do good by people and allow them that second chance in life... we would be defying the laws of nature...we ourselves want to become gods..."-Baekho. "You can't mess with the laws of nature like that Baekho...It's just your actions and their plan it's ludicrous! Think about this!"-Linda. "I know... I've tried to stop myself but in the end, I'm just a man who wants his parents back....which is why I have to do this"-Baekho. "I'll stop you...No matter what it takes...I won't allow your selfish desire to ruin this world"-Linda. "We're enemies from now on then"-Baekho. "We will be but one last time I just need you"-Linda. They begin ripping away at each others clothes and throwing the duvet over themselves, as their bodies become basked in sweat and their moans resonating together as one. His lips at her nape and her hands travelling much further down, to set free the growing bulge begging for mercy; as her fingers begin their work.

Jae and Raima, huddle close to one another as Eunwoo stares at the remnants of Lyna in his hands. He looks for some gloves from one of the drawers and begins picking them up and placing them into a bottle. He smirks slightly before turning his gaze back to Jae and Raima, who are both confused and traumatised on how to respond to the situation. He bends down and they see the expression on his face and almost try to bolt out of the room. "So the two of you are left...? How about you become my experiments too? I promise it'll be fun...and you won't feel a thing"-Eunwoo. "I should've seen this coming...why you were never taken or why they never looked your way. You're a part of this too!! ARE WE JUST TOYS FOR YOU TO FUCKING PLAY WITH?! OUR LIVES ARE A JOKE TO YOU HUH?!"-Jae. "Baby calm down, getting angry at him won't solve anything...we know your true intentions now Eunwoo...So what's gonna happen to us?"-Raima. "Always cool headed even under unforeseen circumstances Raima. I really admire that about you...I wish I possessed the same quality"-Eunwoo. "You look fine to me"-Raima. He reaches for Jae with a syringe and Raima acts quickly and pushes him out of the way, as he pierces it into her skin. She cries out in pain, as excruciating pain travels through her veins. Her body begins to burn and gas starts to come out from her. Jae stands back, trembling in fear and Eunwoo watches in amazement. "Excellent...She can bare the burden as well"-Eunwoo.

*meanwhile*

Damien stands in front of Yasmin who is all over him, by the instant he appears by her side. They lock lips and he grabs a hold of her arms, holding her firmly in place. "It's time you saw something important...Don't worry I'm not trying to hurt you this time"-Damien. Her eyes grow hazy and she finds herself back to the part where Lily and Damien were sacrificed, but she starts to remember it clearly as she sees Eunwoo raising the blade to both of them. She watches as he kills them both with one clean cut and then the moment their eyes lock, she feels a strange attraction and feels a growing spark igniting within her. Her eyes snap wide open, panting heavily as she looks at Damien who is wrapping her in his arms. "H-He...Bewitched me...He's known me throughout my entire life...He killed you...Lily...and I let him"-Yasmin.
