Hide and Seek

The things we never said-Ch2

Water works finally being put to a stop, as Linda gathers her things and zips up her suitcase.  She notices Eunwoo and Yasmin talking in her room, talking about the things they have planned once they get there.  "Young love ah what a beautiful sight to witness"-Linda.  "Hey sis are you ready to go?"-Yasmin.  "Hey guys, yes I am.  I need this break and I'm coming back for my man"-Linda.  "I've told Baek that you'll be spending the summer with us and asked me to keep an eye on you haha..."-Eunwoo.  "Oh always the worry-wort how could I ever stay mad at him?"-Linda. 

Eunwoo takes both of their suitcases down the stairs and lifts them up, effortlessly into his car.  He gestures for Yasmin to join him in the front and Linda settles herself in the back.  Soon Yasmin's phone goes off and a bunch of excited voices, scream all at once into the speaker.  "I AM SO READY TO GET WASTED!!!!!"-Jae.  "ME TOO BABE, FUCK SCHOOL. FUCK EVERYTHING THIS IS THE LIFE!!!"-Raima.  "Um guys my ear geez... Hey Yas! Eunwoo! Get your butts over here and come pick us up lovebirds!"-Aya.  "Haha okay guys we're on our way now, my sister is coming along!"-Yasmin. "NO WAYYYYYY YOUR SISTER IS AN AMAZING COOK!! YO MARIO STOP OFF AT THE MARKET WITH HYUNJIN NOW!!!!!"-Aya.  "W-what why me? Oh whatever fine, we'll be running late then"-Mario.  "Haha no worries guys, I'll see you all soon!"-Yasmin. 

Eunwoo continues driving, as they make their way towards where everyone agreed to meet.  Jae and Raima who can be seen, looking a bit out of it already make their way towards Yasmin who is slowly backing away, knowing she may get tackled by the two. "NOOOOO WHY DID YOU MOVE OUT OF THE WAY?! YAS I JUST WANNA CUDDLE THAT'S ALL😭😭"-Jae.  "Omg how are you already drunk girl?"-Yasmin.  "Only slightly.  Raima drank 3 cans already hehe"-Jae.  "Ew no both of you stay away!"-Yasmin.  "HAHA never change you two, but ladies please no harassing my girlfriend"-Eunwoo. 

He brings her behind him and she melts at his sweet gesture.  Mia and Xiaojun are too busy eating each other's faces off for what seems to be the 100th time today.  Aya and Jackson are on their phones gaming, screaming commands and orders to one another to ensure a joint victory.  Jae and Raima in their drunken stupor, grab onto each other and sway each other round in circles till they feel dizzy and collapse together on the ground, laughing like the crackheads they are.  Eunwoo takes a call from his overprotective brother, who wants to make sure Linda is well cared for her and out of frustration she takes the phone from Eunwoo and moves to a quiet place, to see him before departing on another vacation, which was supposed to be with him. 

He grips his hair in frustration, feeling the urge to hang up and take her right there and then but he remains calm and says it's too soon to see her.  She hangs up the phone, not before letting him hear her sob and that feeling constricts his heart, knowing he had an opportunity to save their relationship but now he feels as if the chance to save it, is gone. He heads down to his gym, determined that him letting out his frustration in the gym will be enough to help him forget the pain and ache in her voice.  He feels his muscles scream out, as he keeps on going; knowing he is likely to hit his limits soon but doesn't care.  He feels his heart beating irregularly but pays no mind.  He finally clutches his chest in pain, letting himself fall to the ground and scream out in frustration. 

Linda on the other hand, finishes drying her eyes and hands the phone back to Eunwoo who gives her a small hug and hands her a drink from the vending machine.  She shoots him a grateful smile for his kindness and heads on back down to see Mario and Hyunjin are finally back.  Aya and Jackson high five one another, as he lifts her up and spins her around for a kiss.  She giggles against his lips, staking her claim again and again. 

"Guys we're backkkkkkk"-Hyunjin

"Hey girl! We're all here now 🥰"-Yasmin

"I'm so excited like I even brought tons more snacks knowing it'll be needed"-Hyunjin

"You're the only snack I see 😉"-Mario

"Omg babe😂"-Hyunjin

"Anyways guys let's get a move on! We're all here, so our vacation can finally begin"-Mia

There are 3 cars in total.  Eunwoo, Yasmin and Linda share one.  Aya, Jackson, Jae and Raima are in another car.  The last car has Mia, Xiaojun, Mario and Hyunjin.  Each of them depart at the same time, making sure they set their coordinates properly.  All 3 cars, play their music out loud and make for a karaoke session, trying to keep close to another, whilst the drivers divert their focus to the road only.  Jae and Raima scream at the top of their lungs, singing their hearts out finally feeling free as they open the roof of the car. They stick their heads out, not caring for the other cars driving along the motorway. 

The scenery changes, as the sun begins to set and after snacking on the food Hyunjin bought to not ruin their appetite for the real dinner, they finally make it to the mansion.  Standing tall, still in a well kept condition.  It's entire presence, regal and something out of a fairytale.  They all gape at the sight infront of them.  Excitement rushes through their heads, as they hurriedly get their suitcases and head up towards the steps.  However Yasmin is the last to arrive up the steps and something out of the corner of her eye, catches her attention.  It flickers and blurs within seconds but she could make out a message on the window, just what could be assumed as the highest floor in the place.  Her blood runs cold, when she feels a foreboding feeling, climb up her arm and clench her heart, leaving a feeling of consternation lying in the wake.  She blinks her eyes and looks again but believes her imagination was playing tricks on her.  Deep inside her,  she couldn't shake off the feeling, something or someone was watching her.
