"Andito na lahat?" tanong ni Hadley habang iniipon yung mga plates namin.

May iilan pa na nagmamadali tapusin yung kanila. Mga nag-Garnet kasi nung Thursday. Tsk.

"Guys, pakipasa na, 7:57 na."

Napuno yung parking lot ng building namin. Diretso na kasi sa beach pagkapasa nila Hadley. Binuhat na ni Brandt yung mga plates at sinamahan si Hadley para magpasa sa faculty.

Hell week pala talaga. Akala ko exaggeration lang yon ng mga tamad na college students, totoo pala talaga.

Buti na lang wala pang bagong episode yung pinapanood ko kaya hindi ako nakapag-cram.

Pagkapasa nga mga plates namin, officially tapos na ang midterms. Tsaka ko na lang iisipin yung grades ko.

I have to admit, na-excite ako para sa araw na 'to. Although, kinakabahan pa rin ako ng konti. Sa room pa lang ang wild na ng mga kaklase ko. Sa Garnet, culture shocked ako kahit na halos dalawang oras lang ang itinagal ko don, pano pa kaya ang three days, two nights?

More than forty cars paraded towards the South. Others sported their convertibles and felt the breeze.

All I can think about is the amount of pollution that will get on their faces.

The view of the sea on the side was refreshing. I rolled my window down for a bit and felt the cool and salty breeze. Coconut and palm trees lined the shores.

It's my first time going to the South alone, it felt nice.

It's nice that I'm in control after years of just staying at home.

After half an hour of driving I saw yachts. Habang tumatagal ay parami iyon ng parami. Malapit na siguro kami sa marina.

Nang marating namin iyon, isa-isa silang pumasok so I followed and parked along with them. Nagmukha tuloy na may car show sa dami ng sasakyan. Nagsibabaan na sila kaya bumaba na rin ako.

Wala akong kamalaymalay na dito pala pupunta. I didn't read back on the GC kaya feeling ko ako lang ang nagtataka.

"I'm so proud of you!" Ellora hugged me from the side. Parang ewan.

She's already wearing a bohemian top and shorts. May sunglasses pa ito na brown, hinahangin pa ang buhok nito.

I looked around and saw them in summer clothes. Since when did they change?!

May mga maleta pa silang dala while I just brought a Hilfiger duffel bag and a sling bag.

I'm still wearing my light blue jeans and white chiffon blouse.

Inalis ni Ellora yung shades nya tsaka tiningnan yung damit ko.

"May meeting ka, girl?" she raised an eyebrow.

"Di naman ako nainform na may fashion show pala." I rolled my eyes.

"Anyway, tamang tama!" she fished something from her bag. I saw four cases. Namili pa sya kung ano doon at nang makapili sya inibot nya sakin ang isang amber tinted na Chanel aviators. "There! Now you're ready!"

Iradessa and Uri soon joined us and they are also in summer clothes already.

"Guys! Let's go na!"

We heard Hadley in a distance. May hawak pa itong maliit na megaphone.

We boarded a yacht. I heard na regalo 'to kay Hadley for her eighteenth birthday.

"Where are we headed?" I asked Iradessa who is sipping her complimentary drink. Champagne cocktail. We're both seated at the loungers in the top deck.
