You walked into the temple and gasped with surprise. The entire temple was concealed under the rock. It looked very old and the thin corridor you were walking down soon opened out into a giant room.
"So how do we contact Master Yoda?" Ahsoka asked from behind you.
"I thought I was dreaming when I first heard Master Yoda's voice," Ezra said.
"And I was meditating," Kanan added.
"Then perhaps that's a good place to start," Ahsoka smiled.Soon all four of you were sitting in a circle with your lightsabers out in front of you. Ahsoka sat on your right side, while Ezra sat on your left. Kanan sat across from you.
It was silent, you focused on only the force, leaving the real world behind. You could feel the presence of your three companions, but Ahsoka's was stronger. Because of your force bond, you and Ahsoka were almost linked and you could feel each other's emotions or pain. Like when Ahsoka stopped you from hurting Lux and Kaiden. All of a sudden, Kanan spoke into the silence.
"I see a door,"
"I don't see anything," Ezra said opening his eyes.
"Perhaps this is my path alone," you could feel Kanan stand up without opening your eyes.
"Be careful," Ezra called.
"Don't worry, I wouldn't do anything you would do," Kanan assured him and you stifled a laugh. You felt Kanan walk through the temple until something cut him off, and you couldn't feel him anymore.
"He's gone," Ezra said shocked.
"As you know, these temples work in a weird way," Ahsoka opened her eyes. "Just as you begin to believe you understand the force, you realize just how little you really know."
You opened your eyes and nodded, looking to Ezra to see if he understood."What was Master Yoda like?" Ezra asked. "Kanan described him to me, short, green, wrinkly, pointy ears, but what was he really like?"
"I don't think anyone truly knew what he was like, but when (y/n) and I were younger, he seemed happier, but as the war dragged on, he kept a great sorrow in his heart, as if he knew what would happen," Ahsoka said looking to Ezra, but he was gone.
"Ezra?" You asked.
"He must be on his own path now," Ahsoka said. "So that means we're next."You nodded and you both closed your eyes again. It was difficult, and you didn't feel anything anymore. It was like the force wasn't working for you.
"Ahsoka, this isn't working," you said, not opening your eyes.
"I know I have two names, but I know one of them is definitely not Ahsoka," an all too familiar voice said from behind you.You opened your eyes and jumped up, staring at the black void in front of you. Turning around, you saw a figure walking slowly towards you with a smile on his face.
"What are you?" You asked him as he approached you.
"I'm a vision through the force," he said.
"I'm sorry," you said hugging him. "Knot."Knot hugged you back and smiled.
"I don't regret it one bit," he said. "I'm just glad that you're alive."
"Then we feel the same way," another voice walked up to you and Knot. He was wearing Mandalorian armor and a familiar helmet."Dad," you said nodding to him.
"Hey (y/n)," he said taking off the helmet. "I miss you kid."
"I'm sorry, I left all those years ago, but what you were forming, what you planned to do," you said. "I couldn't take part in that."
"I understand now," your father said. "And I apologized to your mother."
"Is she here?" You asked hesitantly.
"No, it's just us," Knot said.
"Dad, Mandalore is gone," you looked at him.
"I know kid, I know," Pre Vizsla gave you a sad smile. You smiled at both of them and punched Knot's arm lightly.
"What was that for?" He asked.
"You betting on how long it would take for Ahsoka and I to date," you said. "And then losing."
"Sorry!" Knot said smiling."How are you and that Togruta?" Your father asked giving a small frown of disapproval that you ignored.
"We're good," you said realizing that she too, was probably having her own vision through the force. "I hope she's okay."
"Well we can see," Knot said pointing to a small opening in the black void.
