Tonight was going to be the best night for me and Becky to have a sleepover at her place. My parents said it was alright for me to go since they've got a late-night shift they had to do and I didn't mind. I was already helping Becky bake the cookies, popcorn, and crispy chicken for our sleepover.

"Wow! This is a lot of treats." TJ said appearing from the corner as Becky gave him a look in the eye.

"Its not for you TJ. This is for me and Y/N's sleepover." She said.

"Awe, Becky he can have one or two treats if he's fine with that." I insisted.

"Fine. TJ you can have as many-" Becky was cut off to see TJ holding two plates for him and the other one that must be for Bob.

"Thanks Y/N! Thanks Becky."

When he left the room I looked at the clock to see that it was already 7 PM as I let out a gasp.

"Becky! The horror film we picked out will be starting in a few minutes." I said as she looked at me and quickly gathered everything setting them on the coffee table.

"Everything is ready!" She said as I sat next to her as the movie began just in time.

"Yes! We're not going to miss it." I said in triumph as we sat on the couch together.

When the monster was about to eat the woman when everything went black including the lights as I wrapped my arms around Becky. She protectively held me as we went to the kitchen to grab a flashlight.

"That's strange the power went out. It's not even a thunderstorm that caused it." Becky said.

"Um, Becky? What's that?" I pointed out the glass sliding door to see a giant electrical size monster walking around the neighborhood eating every electricity to gain more power.

When I turned around to see Becky nowhere I looked back out the window to see her and Captain Huggyface defeating it. I was in 'awe' as she had used her strategy to defeat the monster and restored the power.

"You did it!" I said as Word Girl and her sidekick Captain Huggyface smiled.

"It was no trouble at all ma'am." She said.

"Word Girl we've met before you don't have to be so formal. Call me Y/N and no more ma'am or miss either." I said as she chuckled.

"Okay, Y/N." She said.

"What do you have plans for tonight?" I asked.

"Uh, oh nothing really. Shouldn't you be with your friend having a sleepover and watching a horror film together?" She asked.

"Eh, I thought the movie was going to be okay for us to watch. It was a bit cheesy and not so scary at all." I replied as an idea popped in my head as I faced Word Girl and asked, "Say, would you mind taking me in the sky?"

"To the sky?"

I nodded.

"Yeah, just to fly around and see the city."

"Oh, uh, sure."She said.

Becky/Word Girl

I didn't disagree to pick up Y/N in bridal style as I lifted her up into the sky and flew around the neighborhood and then the city. She was smiling so happily that I couldn't stop smiling either even though she was really enjoying the view. When I arrived back home I set her down on the ground as she told me that she had a great time and hoped to see me again soon. I watched her walked inside as I quickly transformed back to my pajamas to enter my bedroom to see her sleeping on the floor laying under her sleeping bag sleeping peacefully.

I smiled that she is another friend or someone that I have fallen for to hang out with me. I'm happy that she's having a great time but the sad thing is...if only she knew who I really was and not just some ordinary girl hiding her identity as a hero.
