I can't believe I got myself into this mess and I'm dealing with a kid. As much as I remember being a kid to take down the villains and now almost a grown-up, I have to be careful with whom I am around. I received a text from Y/N telling me that my teacher will give me the test tomorrow to take and I can study a little extra.

What happened previously after I went after Kid Math, he was easily taken down, and Dr. Two Brains sort of help out to show him how to say actional words between a hero and a villain. We worked together, but our teamwork didn't go so well as I thought it would be. We didn't stop Dr. Two Brains once again and Y/N texted me saying she spots his mouse balloon plane in the sky. I thought Rex how to sneak away from my dad and it worked and we took off to find Dr. Two Brain's location spot.

"Stop right there, Dr. Two Brains!" I shouted.

"Word Girl and, uh...Arithmetic Lad, was it?" He asked forgetting Rex's superhero name.

"Nope. My name is Rex. I'm a normal boy-" He introduced himself and I facepalmed.

"No no, no! Ugh, just let me guess. You're turning something into cheese."

"No! Yes. Not right away!" Dr. Two Brains said. "My plan has two phases-one for each of my brains. Phase one-i'm gonna cover the city with a layer of wax. Phase two-i'm gonna turn everything underneath the wax into cheese!"

I gasped at his brilliant plan and Kid Math steps in and asked, "But, why don't you turn the city into cheese first, then put the wax over the cheese?"

There was a moment of silence as I let out a sigh, "Hey, Kid Math. Can I get you to focus on stopping the crime, not finding ways to make it better?"

"Oh, yeah. Sorry about that." He apologized as I formed a small frown on my face.

"Excuse me, Kid Math? Can I get you to take one tiny step to your left?" Dr. Two Brain asked.

"I don't see why not." Kid Math shrugged moving over to the left where I was us and Dr. Two Brains henchmen were floating above us wearing jet packs. The two of them held a cage above our heads, and they dropped it on us.

I had to tell him that we had to be trapped to draw suspense and the audience bewildered, and of course, he still didn't understand. Dr. Two Brains was getting away again and I had to go home. Kid Math was shocked that I was leaving to let Dr. Two Brain getaway, but I assured him that I had to balance my normal life and superhero life together. We were defiantly going to have to take down Dr. Two Brains tomorrow after school, which means I still have to deal with Rex. When I got home, I ate dinner with my family, washed the dishes, I had to do homework and I heard my phone buzzed and it was a text from Y/N posting answers from her homework.

I smiled and thank God I wasn't going to worry about working late on my homework. I'm glad I have a generous girlfriend that could help me through this.
