Your Pov
The next day, I was feeling a little sad because of Word Girl and me arguing we had. I still couldn't get the feeling out of my chest even though those bad things she was saying to other villains were enough to cause trouble.
I had a feeling that it had something do with Miss Power from the very beginning. I called Becky and asked if she was coming over my place to talk, but as usual, she was busy or seemed a little down. I was beginning to worry, but I didn't want to intervene in anything. However, I did need to pay a little visit to Miss Power.
I got my bike to ride to where her spaceship was and it was remaining in the city hall. I was hoping to see her come out, but it looked as if she wasn't there. I then heard someone yelling that Dr. Two Brains was robbing the jewelry store as I quickly got on my bike and rode to where the crime scene was. Just when I was arriving, Word Girl was there and Miss Power was with her as well. I watched at Word Girl vented at Dr. Two Brains, but Miss Power, nevertheless, used her meaningful words at Dr. Two Brains to defeat him.
"My mission is that you will never eat cheese again!" Miss Power vowed.
I listened to Dr. Two Brains cry out in defeat about hearing those hurtful words coming out of her mouth. I had just about enough of this woman for tolerating everything since day 1.
I was about to step in but Word Girl cuts in front of me, "Okay, I think you being a little too mean. Do you know? You take this too far?"
"Too far?" Miss Power outburst in disbelief. "He's a criminal! There's no such thing as too far!"
I stepped in between the two and spoke up, "You both taking things way too far!"
Word Girl gasped, "Y/N? What are you-"
Miss Power drops Dr. Two Brains on the ground and flew over to me with a huge scowl.
"Listen here rookie, you leave us alone. This is a hero's job and your not one of them." She provoked as I felt blood boil up in my body.
"I am a hero! A hero isn't supposed to say harsh words to a villain, they are supposed to find any way to defeat them." I said in a brave response and continued, "Heroes are not supposed to turn evil either."
"Y/N, I think you should go home." Word Girl spoke up.
"Go home? Why should I?" I yelled at her face. "Your were saying mean things about me yesterday and I am here to tell YOU that your bond with Miss Power has gone on long enough."
"She's not that bad. All she's doing is helping me and she understands what I'm going through." She scoffed and rolled her eyes at me.
I felt like I was going to explode inside and then I sighed saying, "All right, have it your way. Consider our relationship over."
Her eyes bulged and I was ready to leave, but Word Girl grabbed my wrist, "Y-Y/N! We can't end like this."
I tried to snatch my wrist away, but she was too strong.
"I'm sorry, but if your choosing to be with Miss Power. We're no longer together." I said as tears started to pour out of my eyes as Word Girl tried to comfort me and I dared to snatch away and avoid her embrace.
She looked at me sadly and said, "Y/N...I'm so sorry. I-I'll makes it up to you."
That's when the jewelry store manager sighed in boredom," Don't you have somewhere else to be?"
Miss Power glared at the man and flew over pointing a finger at his face, "Are you serious? You were the one that called us here to take down the villains. Now you want us to leave?"
