Part ten

"Answer me, Geoff! How did you get that!?" Awsten yelled, his voice filled with anger. Geoff ignored him. "Now, if you excuse me. I have some unfinish business. (Y/N), come on." He said, walking over to be. I didn't want to leave Awsten and Otto. I didn't want to go to the cabin, I needed to find Travis and get the hell out of here.

"I want to stay here." I whispered. I was so in fear in what he was going to do or say. I want to protect everyone, but I can't even protect myself. "I'm afraid that's not an option." He replied, grabbing my wrist and pulling me off the ground. "No!" I yelled, trying to get free. "Stop fighting (Y/N)!" Geoff yelled back, trying to keep me in place.

"Awsten! Otto!" I cried out, trying to reach my free hand to them. "Let her go Geoff!" Awsten screamed at him. Geoff then locked me in place and walked out of the barn with me.

After we were outside he threw me against the wall, making me fall to the ground. "You know what Mikey will do if you keep fighting back." He said, kicking me in my side. I didn't respond, I just layed there on the dirt ground in defeat. "So, you finally give up?" He asked with a laugh. I still didn't say anything, all I did was cry.

I looked up at him, so he could see how much pain he caused me. "Is this what you wanted? Did you get what you want?" I asked with my voice breaking and tears streaming down from my eyes. For a second, I could see regret on his face. "Don't you miss waterparks?" He looked down at the ground with a sad face.

"Geoff, we were best friends. I know nothing can be the same again, but please, help us and let's start over." I was waiting for a response, but all he did was start to cry. He whipped away his tears with his shaking hands. "Please Geoff. You can free Awsten and Otto. We can save Travis and run away from here." I said with a little smile, trying to give him hope.

"They'll wonder what's taking so long." He said, grabbing my arm and yanking me off the ground. He held onto me and started walking on the gravel pathway.
I felt a sting in the cut on my shoulder. Dirt most likely got in it when I was on the ground. I looked up at Geoff who had a sad expression.

"What's wrong?" I asked, not looking away from him. He stopped in his tracks and turned me to look at him. "You're in love with Awsten, right?" He asked. Well that was unexpected. I thought he already knew that I was stupid for Awsten. "Yeah, why?" I replied, feeling a little worried.

"Mikey, he's planning on continuing his work. He wants to resume the USBs, but instead of Otto being the star. He wants you to be. He knows Awsten is deeply in love with you and he wants to make him suffer as much as possible. When you get to the cabin, he's going to tie you up and beat you horribly while filming for the USBs. Then later, he will sit Awsten alone in a room and force him to watch it." Geoff confessed. I was in shock, what the hell is happening?

"Why are you telling me all of this?" I asked. "Because, I don't want you guys to get hurt." He replied, letting go of my arm. What? I don't understand, he nearly killed Otto and he just watched Mikey torture me and then threw me against a wall. What does he mean that he doesn't want us to get hurt?

"What about Travis?" I asked. "He doesn't really have him, he only said that so you guys wouldn't run off and try to get help from him." What the actual, what is going on?
"I can't protect you from his plan, but I can let you talk to Awsten alone." "Please, I need him."

Geoff and I walked back to the barn and as soon as we walked in, Awsten turned his head to the entrance. "They can't know I'm helping." Geoff whispered in my ear. I nodded and walked over to Awsten. "Are you okay?" He whispered. "Yeah."

"Look, Awsten and Otto. I will give you both five minutes alone with (Y/N)." He said, starting to untie Otto first. "Wait, are you serious?" Otto asked, clearly shocked. "Just, don't run off."

After Otto was untied, Geoff grabbed onto his arm tightly to make sure he didn't run off. "You two can go upstairs." He said, handing him over to me. I held his wrist as we walked up the stares.

"Are you okay?" I asked him. All he did was pull me into a tight hug. "Please, don't die on us (Y/N). We need you." He sobbed into my shoulder. "I won't Otto, I'm not dying anytime soon." I smiled, holding him close to me. Otto has always been my best friend, I love him so much and it hurts to see him this way.

"Just know that I'm glad I ran into you guys at warped tour. I'm so thankful for being apart of waterparks. Yes, it lead us to some of the worst times of our lives, but I would have missed out on having an amazing friend. Even after everything you went through, you still manage to smile. You're so bright Otto, you forgave Awsten and saw the good in him. When we get out of here, let's try to live a normal life." He whipped the tears coming from my eyes. I didn't even realize I was crying.

I guess some part of me knew that I was going to die by Mikey's hands. I was terrified for that moment, I didn't want to leave Otto alone. I'm like his older sister, and I can't leave him behind. "Thank you for all the amazing years (Y/N) and yes, let's please live a normal life." He said with a smile. I hugged him as tight as I could, scared that it would be the last time I would.

"Times up!" Geoff yelled from downstairs. "I'll see you later, be strong!" Otto cheered, walking downstairs.

I fell to the ground and covered my mouth, trying not to make any noise. I felt so weak, I wanted to save all of us and go home. I don't want to be here anymore.

"(Y/N)?" I looked up to see the man who started it all. I didn't say anything, all I could do was sob my eyes out. God, why am I crying so much?

"Hey darling." Awsten said with a smile. I couldn't take my eyes off of him, I gave a weak smile back. "Come here." He said, opening his arms for me. I got off of the floor and ran into his chest. I wrapped my arms around his chest as he wrapped his around my waist.

"I love you, Awsten. I love you so much." I sobbed into his chest. He kissed the top of my head. "I love you more." He replied, breaking the hug but still holding me close. I saw the fear and love in his eyes. A part of him knew I was probably going to die, and that these could be our last moments together. "All I wanted to do was protect you, but I slowly was killing you. My darling (Y/N), we've been through hell and back. I cause you so much pain, but can you ever forgive me?" He asked, holding the right side of my face with his hand.

"Awsten, I forgive you." I replied, with a small smile. He held the back of my head and pulled me into a kiss. I melt into his arms and kissed him back. "Don't leave me, please." He whispered through it. I didn't say anything, but I pulled him closer to me. I didn't want to be killed, but we both knew I most likely would.

We both pulled away. I could tell he was holding back a flood of tears. "I'll save you." Was all he said before breaking. He fell into my arms and sobbed his lungs out. "Awsten." I whispered to him. "I don't want you to leave. I can't let you go, I need to protect you." He cried.

"Times up Awsten!" Geoff yelled. He then pulled away and put his hand in his back pocket. I looked at him with a weird look. "Please, watch this when you can. It explains everything." He said, giving me a usb. I sighed and put it in my pocket. "What's wrong jellybean?" He asked with a small smile.

"I'm going to die tonight."
