Tuesday Afternoon

Mr.Horan's p.o.v.

I've been hiding in my classroom all day cause I didn't want Rose to see me before she has my class.

*bell rings*

Wow, Lunch is over that fast? Well I guess the time has arrived. Now that it's really gonna happen for real, I feel extremely nervous! I've play scenarios in my mind about this moment but obviously it's not gonna go like that. She's not gonna run to me and kiss me in front of everyone. But the part where I imagined she stays after class, maybe that will happen. I'm kidding I'm kidding! But who knows...

Five minutes pass by and Rose still hasn't walked in! I've been sitting at my desk acting like I'm reading this book in my hands. Where is she? Oh no, what if she's absent today? But the boys would have told me if that were true...

Finally it's like everything turned into slow motion. I turned to look at the door for the 100th time and there she was, walking through the door. Shît, I've missed her. She looks so beautiful as always.
I quickly looked back at my book after I realized I've been looking at her for too long. Also maybe I shouldn't be staring at her anyways cause we all know all what could happen if I do.

"Mr.Horan? You're back soon!" I heard a familiar voice speak to me. Now I have to answer her and act like I didn't ignore her message last night. Just watching her and Manu kiss in video formed really disgusted me. I really do hope they weren't on a date. Also, I really hope I that kiss didn't make him fall for her.

"Oh yeah, the principal let me come back...he realized I was innocent" I smiled at her then looked back at my book. Oh yeah, playing hard to get.
"Oh that's great! We've really missed you... I missed you" she almost whispered the last part. I saw her hand almost touch me but she backed off. I wish she touched me.

*bell rings*

"Oh, the bell, take your seat Rose" I stood up and placed my book on my desk. Now that Rose is walking to her desk, I get to stare at her. Wow, she looks good! I wonder why she's dressed up today.
"Hello class! I just wanted to say that even though it was just one day that I was missing for you guys, I missed you all" I looked around the classroom. Some students were chucking, some were smiling at me, and some were on their phones. Rose is on her phone too. Excuse me?

I felt my phone vibrate in my jeans pocket. After that I looked at her and she was putting her phone away. Maybe she's the one who texted me.
Also, where's Manu? Looks like it's only Jenay and Rose today.

"Since you guys were left that big packet of worksheets, since obviously the subs stay was intended for longer, I will let you guys keep working on that for the rest of the week!" I smiled.
All my students seemed to be happy with that. It's a easy grade so they should be happy about it.
"BUT- there will be a test on the packet next week!" A few groans escaped from the not so smiley mouths.
"It will be much smaller than the packet of course so don't worry too much" I laughed.
"Alright, you guys can work with your friends but keep the conversations quiet! I don't wanna hear your plans for after school"

Finally I sat down at desk to start the seating chart.

"Hear out for your name" I told the class. Before I can start yelling out names, someone walked into my class. It's Manu, the girlfriend stealer. Okay, I'm kidding.
"Manu, just on time for the seating chart" I reached my hand out for his tarty pass. I wonder why he's late.
