Wedding Day

"WAKE UP!!! YOU IDIOTS SLEPT IN!!" I could hear Emma's voice echo through the hallway. I looked over at the alarm clock that read 4:30 am and Emma told us to set it for 5. "Can she be anymore annoying?" moaned Paulina as she was rubbing her eyes. "It is her wedding day, this is one day where she gets an excuse for being bitchy." Paulina giggled. "K, let's go get ready." Me and Paulina were Emma's bridesmaids per Evan's request. I begged Evan and told him I could wear a tux but he said no and he wanted to see me in the dress. "WHERE IS MY DIAMOND BRACELET!?!?" At this point Emma was screeching. All of her little bridesmaids went on the hunt to find the bracelet as me and Paulina got ready. "Here wear this." Paulina handed me red lipstick. "Um.. why?" I said baffled. "Evan loves red lipstick." "Well it's not like I'm the one kissing him." "Mhm ok." I made a face at Paulina as I put it on.

All the bridesmaids had to wear these skimpy black dresses. As I was walking down the aisle I had to keep pulling mine down which was annoying as hell. The venue was beautiful. It was lush, green, and above us were twinkling lights. This wedding could fool anyone. As I walked down Evan kept staring at me and started tearing up. I mouthed to him "What the hell is your problem?" He shook his head and smiled. Even though I disliked Emma, she looked gorgeous and I think Evan thought so too. I saw his face light up as she walked down the aisle.

"I do." "I do." "Now the rings please." Evan looked at me the entire time he said his vows. It was kind of uncomfortable yet charming. Emma kept redirecting his head towards her and I giggled. As the little boy came down with the rings Emma looked ancey. She was the first to grab the ring. She stared at Evan for a while then turned to his cousin Connor. "Connor, I've always loved you." She put the ring on his finger and he did the same. A wave of shock went over the crowd as Evan ran teary eyed away from the alter. I ran after him.

"EVAN!!" I shouted. "Over here.." I heard him and I could tell he was crying. I walked over and started comforting him. "Why..I was only trying to help her." "If you love her it's ok to admit it." "Of course I love her, I mean not as much as I love you." He put his face in his hands and I saw him blush. "Thanks for running after me." he smiled whiping his tears."I'll always run after you Evan, let's go home." We stood up and hugged. We slowly made our way to the car.
