As we got into my car Evan broke down in tears again. "I don't know why im so emotional." I started to rub his back,"Hey you know what makes me feel better?" "What?" "Ice cream." He smiled and laughed. "Wait, you're being serious...alright." I started the car only to find Paulina and Hayes running out. "We're coming with you guys." Paulina said it as if it wasn't an option. I glanced over at Evan who nodded and they hopped into the back.
The whole time we were driving to the ice cream shop Paulina was ranting about Emma. "Alright, that's enough Paulina." I looked into the rear view mirror to make sure she got the message and quieted down. "Why don't you just drop us off at home." Hayes whispered. "Hayes? why?" Paulina poked him. Hayes nudged her and pointed out the chemistry between me and Evan. I was singing along to Blank Space and Evan was smiling. "Ohhh ok" I dropped off Hayes and Paulina and soon as they got out Evan looked over at me and said "Well do you love me too?" I sat there for a while, I didn't want to come off as too eager, I mean of course I love him. " Yes..I love you too." I smiled and looked over too him. "Good." Evan sighed and slid down in the passenger seat. "Hey can we skip ice cream?" "Sure" I nodded "Were too?" "My place."
