Chapter 22: Through The Dark / Stockholm Syndrome

"This is through the dark," I announce to the crowd as the music played.

See you smile again..." Liam smiled as he sung his part.. the camera focusing in on his face. I watched the stage screen that allowed everyone at the back of the crowd to see Liam.

I fixed my ear piece and nodded at the best while Niall sung "But don't burn out
Even if you scream and shout
It'll come back to you
And I'll be here for you"

"Hey hey hey," I shouted and then sung the chorus with Harry as I connected my hand with fans hands as I run down the catwalk "Oh I will carry you over
Fire and water for your love
And I will hold you closer
Hope your heart is strong enough
When the night is coming down on you
We will find a way through the dark"

I stood up and sung Zayn's part "I wish that I could take you to the stars
I'd never let you fall and break your heart
And if you wanna cry or fall apart
I'll be there to hold you"

Louis came up to me with a grin as he sung his part "You tell me that you hurt, it's all in vain
But I can see your heart can love again
And I remember you laughing
So let's just laugh again" he grinned pointing at a fan making her scream.

"But don't burn out

It'll come back to you, back to you" Niall sung waving at some fans and passing Liam on stage as they fist bumped.

We will find a way through the dark" Harry and I sing, I carry on singing as I have to sing Zayn's part again "And you don't need

I catch my breathe as Liam sings his part.

Harry and then jump into the chorus and jump around together "Oh I will carry you over

"Ohhhh I would, ohhh I would" Harry sings as the boys and I sing the chorus again.

I add some adlibs to the last chorus of the song.

"And I will hold you closuuurrrr hope your heart is strong enough"

"Through the daaarrrkkkk" I sing ending the song and the crowd goes crazy.

The music to Stockholm syndrome starts up and the boys and I prepare for a song that we all really love.

"Who's that shadow holding me hostage?
I've been here for days" Harry sings crossing his right leg behind his left one and taps the toe of his Chelsea boots against the back of his left Chelsea boot. As he plays with the audio box attached to the back of his black skinny jeans
"Who's this whisper telling me that I'm never gonna get awaaaayyyy" he turned and looked at me waiting for me to sing, he thrusted his microphone in the air beside his hip.

"I knooowwwww they'll be cooooming to find me soooooonnn
But IIIII feeeeel I'm getting uuuused toooo,oohhh
Being held by you" I sing grinning at Harry making him smirk.

"Oh," the lads and I say as Harry does the next line "Baby, look what you've done to me"
"Oh" me and the boys say
"Baby, look what you've done nowwww" Harry sings shaking the microphone in front of his face
"Oh" I say and for some reason the boys didn't join in so I looked at all of them except Harry.
"Baby, I'll never leave if you keep holding me this way, oh o-oh" Harry sings skipping past me
"Oh" I say and the boys actually join in this time.
"Baby, look what you've done to me" Harry sings looking around and fixes his ear piece
"Oh"
"Baby, you've got me tied dowwwn" he sings

"Baby, I'll never leave if you keep holding me this way," he sings then the boys and I go "oh o-oh"

"Who's this man that's holding your hand
And talking about your eyes?
Used to sing about being free but now he's changed his mind" Louis sings walking past Harry and I as he wraps his arm around my waist and hugs me, as he can see I'm getting a little emotional.

"I know they'll be coming to find me soon
But my Stockholm syndrome is in your room" Niall walked over to me and hugged me too
"Yeah, I fell for you!"

I use a light to guide me home

The song ends and everyone screams for us. We blow kisses to the crowd and get ready for the next song.

I go over to the water bottle box and pick one up. I open it and take a gulp of water while Harry talks to crowd.
