"So, what do you guys want to play?" asked Sophie.
"Are there any human games that are good for sleepovers?" asked Dex.
"Um... yes. There's Would You Rather, Seven Minutes in Heaven, Truth or Dare, Sp-" Sophie was cut off by Keefe asking, "What's Truth or Dare? It sounds very interesting!"
Sophie sighed, then explained, "It's a game where you are asked the question "Truth or Dare?" by somebody, then you choose one. If you pick Truth, that person can ask you any question and you have to answer honestly. If you pick Dare, the person can dare you to do anything and you have to do it (Keefe grinned evilly at this, no doubt plotting crazy dares he could force upon his friends)."
"Okay! It's decided! We're doing this game!" Keefe said excitedly. "But the other one also sounds fun, so let's do that one afterwards!"
"Would You Rather?" asked Sophie.
"No," replied Keefe. "The other one."
"Oh, Seven Minutes in Heaven?" Sophie asked. When Keefe nodded, she said, "Okay, but you might not want to after I explain the rules."
"If we're going to play Truth or Dare, shouldn't we play it somewhere else, like outside?" asked Biana. "If Keefe is going to have us do dares, then we should be outside otherwise we might wreck the house."
Everyone nodded, with murmurs of "No kidding." and "Definitely." coming from anonymous people.
The group went outside, and sat in a circle, and then Keefe said, "Okay, I'm obviously going to start. Fitzy, Truth or Dare?"
"Um, truth?" Fitz said uncertainly. Keefe smiled and said, "Do you have a crush?"
"Yep." Fitz replied.
"Who is it?" asked Dex.
"Sorry, that wasn't part of the question. Keefe should have thought to ask me that before. Anyway, Biana, Truth or Dare?" asked Fitz.
"Dare." Biana said confidently. "I dare you to wipe off all of your makeup." Fitz said.
"NO! I WILL NOT!!" Biana yelled. "Sorry, sis, you have to!" Fitz replied.
Biana let out a huge "UGH" before running inside.
She came back after about 10 minutes of waiting. She still looked great, even without her mascara, lip gloss, and blush.
Tam stared at Biana for a little bit after clearing his throat.
"I know, Tam. I look hideous!" Biana cried.
"No!" Tam insisted. "I was going to say you look great!"
"Aw, thanks!" Biana said, blushing. "Okay, Sophie, Truth or Dare?"
"Dare." Sophie said.
"I dare you to transmit into your crush's mind the words "I like you."
"Biana!" Sophie said. Her mind was overflowing with thoughts of Fitz not liking her, and him saying that he only thought of her as a little sister.
"You have to do it!" Biana squealed.
Sophie was now filled to the brim with fear. She took a deep breath, closed her eyes, and transmitted to Fitz:
I like you.
Fitz's eyes widened. Really?
Yeah.
He smiled and replied, I like you, too.
This time it was Sophie's turn to say, Really?
Yep.
Oh, okay.
She was cut off by Keefe saying, "Okay, this game is getting boring. Let's play the other one, Seven Minutes in Heaven!"
