"Well, that's the last of them." Remus states, clapping his hands together.
Hazel smiles happily to herself, taking a look around her new apartment. It was small, only having a small living room which somewhat doubled as a kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. But it was all she needed. She had bought several buckets of paint, planning on beginning to repaint the walls as soon as Remus left. This was a new start for her, a new life, one that didn't involve James Potter.
Remus wasn't all too happy about Hazel moving out. If she had been moving the next town over he would have been okay, but to a whole different country? He knew in her mind it was what she thought would be best for herself, but Remus knows she isn't all that good at decision making.
"Thank you for all your help, Remus." Hazel says sincerely, wrapping him in a hug.
Remus gratefully hugs back, "Anything for you, Hazel."
They then pull away, taking another look at all the boxes now scattered about the small, and slightly dirty, apartment.
"Well, I best be getting back to Sirius, he's probably burned the apartment down by now. Promise to write and visit a lot?" Remus questions.
"You know it." Hazel smiles, then saying goodbye as Remus apparates away, back to Sirius.
Hazel then gets to work on painting her walls, not wanting to unpack anything and risk getting paint all over it until she is done with some remodeling. She decided to go with light yellow's and blue's, avoiding any sort of red at all costs.
The next week was spent painting, then letting the paint dry. Once Hazel finally felt happy and content with any sort of remodeling she had done, she finally began to unpack all of her things. She did not have much, but it made for less of a mess. The only thing she really cared about was her trampoline, which took up most of her living room.
This was her new beginning, and she refused to mess it up.
