Some things have definitely changed since Alex and I told everyone. I'm honestly starting to think that we shouldnt have told them. Of course, there are some advantages to this change.

Abuelita, of course, just wont stop talking about it. 
"You guys should go to the love boat at the carnival!"
"Go on the ferris wheel, take pictures, make out with your girlfriend!"
"Go to the beach! Aaliyah, I will help you find the perfect swimsuit to show Alex what you got!" See it's funny, because I literally have nothing. Anyways, Abuelita makes a lot more couple conversations, and normally when her and I paint each others nails and stuff, i talk about all the cute stuff Alex does. Really I have her to thank, she taught him how to really get a girl. And she has not been wrong about anything.

Pen, she makes us keep the door open now. I mean, shes not as strict on us as she is with Syd and Elena, because shes known me for forever, and she knows she can trust me. Or I mean she thinks.

Dad really hasnt changed at all. He still let's me have the door closed when Alex comes over, I mean he did have a small talk with me about how I was too young to date but that he'll allow it because its Alex. Oh he also bought Alex and I necklaces with each others name on it!! Alex isnt really one for necklaces, so he laces it up and wears it as a bracelet. It's fine with me though, as long as hes comfortable.

And the tables have turned with Elena. Now, instead of Alex and I watching her and Syd frickin make out in her room, its the other way around! I mean obviously I dont wanna sound weird here, but ykyk Alex and i kiss and stuff. I'd always thought of it happening but now that it actually happens it's honestly so shocking.

Alex is.. he's amazing. To say the least. I mean, when we were friends we were practically a couple, but now he calls me babe and all that cute cheesy stuff. He still calls me mi amor but even more now. Like twice as often. AND HE GIVES ME MORE PIGGY BACK RIDES. He goes dress shopping with me 

(If you're not the dress type of girl, then SWEAT PANT SHOPPING (it's a thing. I do it.)) I get to support him at his baseball games.
"CMON BABE YOU GOT IT GET FINN HOME BABY"
I can see his little face light up and it gives him a boost of energy. After they win their game he comes running up to the bleachers and gives me a kiss.

We're starting high school next school year. A lot of stuff happened in middle school. We're gonna be freshmen! It's honestly amazing to think how far Alex and I come, and I wanna live the rest of my life with that idiot. With
