When I woke up, I was in a little alleyway. I had no idea where the heck I was. As I got up, something felt weird... I looked at my feet and I had... paws?

"Is this for real?" I said to myself. "Paws... like on a cat?" I looked on my back and sure enough... there was a long tail staring back at me. I quickly looked around to find something I could look at myself in and I found broken glass, clear and big enough for me to see my entire body.

"How is this possible?!" I said to myself again. "I'm a... c..cat! And not too bad looking I gotta admit... brown with a light brown stripe on my back... blueish belly... white hair in the ears... white tip on tail... and blueish socks on the paws.. not too shabby for traveling between parallel universes..." Once I was done admiring myself, I walked out onto the street... and there were cats... cats everywhere!

"A parallel universe with cats as the dominant species... not bad... as long as nothing else crazy comes up, I should be alright." I looked around and it hit me... how was I going to find Cassidy and the Doctors... when everyone in this universe was cats?!

We were to meet at Hyde Park... but the only problem was... I was on the other side of the city... not even close to the park! I looked around and the first recognizable structure I could see: The Tower of London... Yeah, not even close to Hyde Park. I asked around if anyone had a map... I managed to find one cat who had a map in her hands... I mean paws. I told her where I needed to go and she pointed me in the right direction.

"If you get to Big Ben, you're getting close. Hyde Park is just next to Buckingham Palace. Hope you find your friends." The cat said. She even handed me her map, since she had a spare. That cat's voice really reminded me of Mrs. Nelson's voice for some odd reason. The next structure I could see was St. Paul's Cathedral. I walked, somewhat ran, to the structure. Once I was at the Cathedral, I looked around, and I saw no one that I could recognize. I started to move on, but the black gem appeared again, floating above the ground. An arrow came out of it, pointing to a cemetery next to the cathedral. I figured nothing could hurt so I trotted after the gem. Once I was in the cemetery, more arrows popped up around the place. I followed the arrows until I came upon a gravestone.

"RIP Melissa Murack, Died: 2011, Cause of Death: Died in Battle," was what it said.

Right next to it, I saw another gravestone that said this: "RIP Cassidy Wilson, Died: 2011, Cause of Death: Died in Battle." I literally had a loss for words... I didn't know what to think of it... I laid down in front of the gravestones for at least five minutes. Three minutes later, I felt something brush against me and lay down next to me. I lifted my head and looked to my left. I saw a dark grey cat with a blackish tip on the tail going to the middle of it and what look like leggings (sort of) on his legs. He also had a dark red belly and head fur that reminded me of... the Ninth Doctor?! I couldn't know for sure until I heard his voice. We sat there for a little bit without any sound.

Then, I heard him say, "Parallel universes.. they always have small changes from the current Earth. This one just happens to be a little more... drastic." Now, I knew that was the Ninth Doctor, so I kept the conversation going.

"Yeah... seems like cats rule the world and Cassidy and I are dead... Doctor, what battle did we die in?"

"You'll have to read up on your history.. maybe check a nearby library if we have time." I started getting up.

"Guess we should go find the other two... how did you even know it was me?"

"I ended up near where you got dropped off. I saw you talking to that cat you got the map from.. followed you from there."

"Must've heard my voice.."

"Yep."

"Let's get going."
