(Y/N)'s POV
Obi-Wan accompanied me as I head to the Chancellor, he was just as confused as me to why he wanted to see me, "I don't why the Chancellor has requested to see you, this is strange" he says, "I'm getting an uneasy feeling about this" I say, "I am too, the Chancellor is a rather strange man, there's something about him that makes me suspicious, be on your guard (Y/N)" Obi-Wan says, I nod, I approach his office and Obi-Wan leaves, I approach the door and I get an uneasy feeling, I knock on the door and I hear "Come in" from the inside of the room, I enter the room and see the Chancellor with a smile on his face, "Greetings young Padawan" he says, "Greetings your excellency" I say with a respectful bow, he only chuckles, "No need to be so formal my boy, you can speak with me as you normally do" he says to me, "Um.. may I ask why you wanted to see me?" I ask, "Well when I've heard of the Padawan that manage to defeat Count Dooku with relative ease, I had to see for myself" the Chancellor explains, "Well, it wasn't easy actually, he's a really powerful man" I reply, "He's a formidable foe, but your power in the force prevailed in the end, tell me, what caused you to unleash such power onto Dooku?" The Chancellor asks, that's a weird question, "Well.. he got to me, and made me really angry and I.. snapped" I explain, I see a smile grin on the Chancellor's face, there was something suspicious about it, "And what did he do to make you angry?" He asks, this is getting a bit weird now, why does he care about that? But to be respectful, I answered, "Well he was hurting my allies, I got worried" I say, "How did using that power make you feel?" He asks, now I'm really getting suspicious here, I can see why Obi-Wan is weary of him, I don't know what it is about him but being in his presence gives me an uneasy feeling, like something is telling me to leave, but I must be respectful, so I answered his question, "I guess it felt.. weird.. I-I didn't like it, I hurt my friends in the process" I explain, "I see.. well what if you could find a way to use that power of yours to your advantage?" The Chancellor asks, "I'm trying to keep myself under control, as a Jedi in training, it is my job not let the power I possess be used for wrongdoing" I explain, "But what if the Jedi were holding you back? What if they've been lying to you?" The Chancellor asks, okay, something is definitely not right about this guy, "What is this about? What are you getting at?" I ask trying to sound respectful, but I was getting a little aggravated by what he said, sure some of the Jedi's rules are a bit dumb but they mean well, I'm a little bit insulted, the Chancellor only chuckles, as if he could tell I was a bit upset by what he said, "Oh I didn't mean to insult you, I was only asking you about how you feel, from what I hear, it doesn't sound like you Jedi get a chance to truly speak with someone" he says, he does have a point about that, but what would he know about it? How does he know so much? "Well.. I guess I don't usually get to talk with the other Jedi, we're all really busy and we have certain rules on feelings, but I am lucky to have people in my life that I consider friends" I explain, "And who are these people?" The Chancellor asks, "Well.. my master of course, and some of my other fellow Jedi" I say, I wasn't going to tell him about Ahsoka, but the thought of her went through my mind and made me blush a little, and I could tell that the Chancellor noticed, he only smiled at me, "Oh, look at the time, I'm afraid I must end our little chat, you are free to leave, but please come by anytime you like, I'm always willing to listen to what you have to say, everyone needs someone to talk to" he says, "Um.. okay.. thank you" I respond, he says goodbye to me and I leave the Senate building, Obi-Wan was outside waiting for me, "How was it?" He asks, "I think there's something about him that he's not telling us, he was talking to me about what I did on Zarron, and he kept asking about my connection to the force and how using that much power made me feel" I explain, Obi-Wan looked just as confused as I am, "Hmm, perhaps there is we don't know about, the Council has always been a bit suspicious of the Chancellor, but we can't tell what he's up to or what his true intentions are" Obi-Wan explains, "He also asked me if the Jedi were lying to me, and wanted to know how I really felt about them" I say, "I don't know why he would ask that, but I would keep your guard up if you ever meet with him again, I have a bad feeling about what he wants with you" Obi-Wan says, "Do you think he's the guy? The Sith Lord?" I ask, "I don't know, it's hard to tell who this Sith Lord truly is, it could be anyone, perhaps he may have a connection to the Sith, but we can't be sure" Obi-Wan says, "Can we get out of here now? I'm getting a bit uncomfortable" I say, "Of course" Obi-Wan replies

Sidious' POV
The boy is smart, he's not as gullible and foolish as Skywalker, but he is certainly more powerful than him, I could feel it, he will be very useful for my plans, but unfortunately, as is the way of the Sith, only one will be my apprentice, but both will prove useful to me in some way, perhaps confronting the boy in my true form will help change his mind about the Jedi and his view of the force
