Chapter 14: Now we were together!

"are you done with your practice?" Top asks me as I sat on his side.

"uhm yap! Still thinking for our performance for tomorrow, naiisip ko kasi yung mga prof. Na trainer ng mga dance group."

"I'll never fail you! I will do my best as I dance with you."

He takes me home and umalis narin siya para magpahinga.

I laid my bed thinking if Top really deserve a guy like me, having a trust issues, Hot tempered and mostly I'm a tight lipped person but I think if its meant to happen then I will go for what is destined to me.

An hour passed thinking about what will going to happen tomorrow with my singing performance and felt a heavy string pulling my eyelids to close.

A loud sound banged my ears from a round Alarm clock on the desk wakes me up.

I almost hurried because I've set the wrong time in my clock.

"Almost 7 in the morning!" I whispered because 8:00 is the start of the program and need ko pang kumain, maligo, magbihis at maghanap ng susuotin for the dance performance at mag travel for 15 minutes from home to BVU.

"Are you ready to see our guest Band for the Faculty's Event of 2020? But first Let's welcome our 2year title holder of Prime singing contest for collegians, here is Mr. Amber Saavedra from the faculty of Business Administration."

I heard my name being called by the president of Music club si ate Nam, and about the Prime singing contest for collegians that is mentioned are usually organized by their club and the faculty's students compete for it, I tried to join the contest since my first year in college and alam ito sa buong campus and literally ang goal ng contest ay makatulong, which is nag reraise ng fund for school supplies to be given sa mga less fortunate na bata.

"Good Morning everyone! I dedicate this song for those who have been together with their partners, and to those who don't have, let destiny find it's way to make his plans for you."

This part of the lyrics captured my attention, How the song makes me realized that Love has no limits and love will never grow if its not nourished and granted with what makes it stronger.

I sung a song of Ben&Ben which is the "Godsent"

"Hey you've nailed it! If you see how the emotions of the audience was! Owww it was a very big moment for you!" Ate Nam praises my performance.

After my performance some of tags and mentions notified my accounts specially in twitter.

"Excuse me ate Nam titignan ko po muna saglit yung notifications ko."

"Thanks God, he sent this man! A very perfect guy with such a good talent in singing even in dancing! #giftedAmber! #IdealGuy #perfectman" I read this tweet from @Nong_Dean I knew him, he was a First year student from the Engineering department.

I commented "Thank You Dean I saw you in the crowd, thanks for your support."

After paying attention to those tweets I saw ate Nam waiting for my response. "Ow, Thank You ate Nam for choosing me to do this." As I replied to ate Nam.

"You're the title holder why would I hesitate to choose you?"

I'm too shy to hear the word title holder because I just join the contest para makatulong sa mga less fortunate na kalapit namin sa bahay.
