"C'mon, how're you so good at this! You've never even played this before!" Yeonjun complains and groans, as Soobin cheers for himself, winning about four times in a row.

"I'm sorry I lied, but I love mario kart, I'm also highly competitive and I'm just naturally talented at it, so get over it." Soobin gushed, earning a eye roll as a response.

Yeonjun being Yeonjun, decided to tackle the younger down and tickle him.

"AHAHA Yeonjun s-stop! I-it tickles!" Soobin managed to breathe out in between his fits of laughter.

"That's what you get for lying to me." Yeonjun said evilly, still tickling the younger.

"S-stop, HAHA, I'm-I'm sorry, I won't do it again." Yeonjun finally stopped and Soobin could finally breathe again.

"Promise me you won't do it again." Yeonjun said, barely a whisper, as he leaned forward towards the younger's face, who's back was flat on the cushion, under Yeonjun's hold.

The younger boy smirked, snaking his left arm around the older boy's waist and pushing him down, the younger boy now hovering over the older with both his arms next to the older's face.

Yeonjun's eyes widen by twofold, not expecting the move at all, and blushed.

"I promise I won't do it again, and don't pull things like that Yeonjun-ah, you don't know what you're getting yourself into." Soobin said, looking dead into the older's eyes, while the older gulped harshly before nodding. Satisfied, Soobin sat back up again. "Now, let's go get ice cream." Soobin said brightly, surprising Yeonjun as to how the younger could change his demeanour so quickly.

The two quickly grabbed their things and threw away their trash before heading out of the cafè.

"Wanna take a walk in the park as we eat our ice cream?" Yeonjun asked and Soobin nodded in happiness.

They went to buy their ice cream near the shop that was not too far from the park and here they are arguing about their ice cream flavours.

"How does one eat mint chocolate flavoured ice cream? That shit's nasty!" Soobin argued, gaining an offended gasp from Yeonjun.

"Ouch! I love this flavour okay? And don't you dare compare this to toothpaste because it does not taste like one. And what's so good about that cream and cookies flavour, or whatever its called?"

Now it was Soobin's turn to let out a offended gasp. "Oh you did not just say cream and cookies. It's cookies and cream okay?! Get the order right. It's a superior flavour, my dear Yeonjun."

"Fine by me, since we find both flavours superior in our own eyes, let's not judge okay? I just wanna eat my ice cream in peace, binne."

"Fine, I dowanna argue with you too."  Soobin huffed out, allowing peace to take over the two once again. The two finally settled on one of the benches, fatigue slowly creeping up into their system and they decided to sit down for a bit as they continued to eat their ice cream. 

"What do you feel about today's date?" Yeonjun asked, a few minutes after he finished his ice cream cone. 

Soobin turned his attention to Yeonjun, before letting out a hum as he let his head rest on Yeonjun's shoulder. "It was great, one of the best. I really enjoyed myself winning mario kart against you four times." Soobin said, earning a playful eye roll and chuckle from Yeonjun before silence takes over once again. Yeonjun fully understood that Soobin really did enjoy himself, and that's all he needed to know. 

No words we needed to be exchanged between the two, they were comfortable just by being beside each other, enjoying each other's presence. They were just enjoying the subtle breeze that would hit them once in a while and they were also observing some of the people in the park. Some were also enjoying themselves with their family or significant other, and some were even exercising. Sounds of children's laughter also managed to curve their lips up, subconsciously bringing them back to their younger days. 

"Wanna go back now? You seem tired." Yeonjun quietly asks, and Soobin hummed in response, his eyes slowly closing. "Alright, you want a piggy back ride?" Yeonjun asks again, in which Soobin nodded lazily. 

Yeonjun had to stop himself from cooing at how cute the younger looked. Soobin quickly got on the older's back and they started their journey back to Soobin's house.

alright friends, before you come at me about the ice cream flavours, let me explain. i love both cookies & cream and mint chocolate, so i hope to not offend anyone hehe :) okay now you can come at me in the comments section for liking mint chocolate,, i'll gladly accept it AHAH but frfr, mint choc isn't as bad as you think and it definitely does not taste like toothpaste. trust me. Anywaysss,, i hope you guys are staying safe!! <3
