The six of them sat in McGonagall's office. Luna, Neville, Seamus, and Dean were off to the side, they had brought the six to McGonagall as soon as they found them staring at the wall.

"I'm telling you Professor Sprout! It's going to happen, their going to end up together by-" Headmistress McGonagall stopped talking to Professor Sprout and looked at the students in her office. "I'll speak to you later Professor." she paused and waited until Sprout had left until she addressed the teenagers in her office. "May I ask why and how you got in here?" she walked around to sit behind her desk.

"Professor Slughorn let us in." Seamus told her.

"Okay, and why are you in here?"

"Well, they all got up and left the dining hall so quickly we didn't notice they left. So we decided to go after them to see what they were doing. And we found them staring at the wall, about 10 yards from the library." Dean informed the headmistress. "They haven't said a word since we brought them here."

"Okay, thank you Mr. Thomas. Was there something on the wall perhaps?" she said, not taking her eyes off the six silent students.

"Yes, there was." Luna said in her magical voice, McGonagall nodded for her to continue. "It said, 'Blood traitors are as worthless as mudbloods. Once a mudblood always a mudblood. Hail the dark lord, he shall return.'"

"Okay, thank you Miss Lovegood. Mr. Longbottom, can you and Miss Lovegood go tell Professor Flitwick about this? Have him clean up the wall." she looked at them briefly before she returned her attention back the the silent six. "Mr. Thomas, Mr. Finnigan, can you two go and find Hagrid? Have him stall anyone from leaving the great hall. I don't want the younger students getting scared." the two boys nodded as the quickly left to tell Hagrid.

"Now, why are you six so quiet? You're some of the loudest students I have had in awhile." she waited for a response from anyone, noticing that Kate and Draco where the palest, Blaise coming in a close second. "Mr. Malfoy?"

Draco looked up at the only teacher who gave him a chance after the war. "What happens now?" he asked quietly, fear in his silver eyes.

"Well, I'm not sure, but I need you all to tell me exactly how you came across the writing on the wall."

Kate quickly explained how she found it and how Draco found her, then Blaise and then Harry, Ginny, and Ron. The headmistress looked at the rest of them for confirmation, they all just nodded their heads.

"Now you all look at me!" they looked up at her, her heart skipped a beat when she saw how much fear was in their eyes. "You all defeated Voldemort! Your have been tortured, lost family. Lost each other. You were betrayed by your own family's! And you can't talk because of a little writing on the wall? What about the time in your third year when the Chamber of Secrets opened? You weren't scared then! So you shouldn't be scared now! I know that in the past I have done everything in my will to keep you from solving these dangerous mysteries, but your all WAR survivors and heroes for Merlin's sake! So get your bloody heads up, stop being scared, and help your headmistress solve this bloody mystery! Before any actual blood is spread! I know you can, all of you can."

The six all looked at each other before looking back at their headmistress. Harry started clapping, then Ginny and Kate, and then Draco, Blaise, and Ron joined. They were all clapping for her after that speech, causing McGonagall to blush before shushing them.

"So, what are we going to do?" she asked, looking at the six.

"We could as if anyone noticed anyone leave the hall before Kate left? Or see if any of the ghost where around that area before the meal." Harry suggested.
