well looks like she has an uncle who took care of her until she was 11 but he was put in jail at that time for physically abusing her for three years. she was then put into foster care until she was 17 years old she graduated highschool early and became her own legal Guardian.

well thats not how it works miss someone over the age of 21 needs to sign for you or else we wont be able to release you. usually its a parent but it says here that the are both passed on so then we usually move onto intermediate family but looks like thats not an option either so now we go onto close friends um even roommates he says looking over at the boys
