BANG!
The door slammed open.
"WAKE UP YOU MORONS!" The guard at the top of his voice.
Clank! Clank! Clank! The guard hit his baton against the rod of the cell to ensure no soul is asleep in those cells.
A hefty man entered, he had two more guards with him. They had a plate full of knives and decked up in chain mail armor.
"Give!" ordered the man. The guards tossed the plate of knives towards the captives.
Everyone turned back and ducked. Alvis being the closest to the guard, got cut by one of the knives.
Everyone had at least 2-3 knives in their cell.
"Take a knife in your hand". Everyone complied.
"You are known to shoot young pups! Isn't it?". Everyone's heart froze
"You will do it my way now! Flay and fleece them!"
"Should be easy isn't it Ethan!" he crunched down and looked straight at Ethan. Ethan had a knife in his right hand and the pup in his left.
Their mom started barking loudly.
"START! Without any tears. This is the only way you are getting out of here alive." and he took out a gun and BANG! He shot the mother dead.
Everything became quiet for a moment. The pups started crying. Barking. Restless. They were growing out of control.
"Take the knife and cut IT!" With the gun pointed at Ethan's head, shouting at others.
Ethan was shivering and sweating. He brought the knife closer to the pup's neck. While other pups were screaming and wriggling out. Ethans pup had his eyes closed. Silent. Ethan touched the cold blade of the knife against the pup's neck. Tears came out of the pups' closely shut eyes.
Ethan looked at Favian teary-eyed. Ethan made a sharp quick cut.
It let out a very sharp squeal, a sound that was enough to burst eardrums.
"GO ON!". Ethan closed his eyes and brought the knife against the bleeding open skin of the pup.
All the five pups howled together sending shivers down the spine. A sound so inhumane that would bring even the dead spirits back to life.
Knife dropped. Ethan crouched
Favian shouted.
"SWISH!"
"BANG!"
