Blake Pov
I walked out of the hospital towards the parking lot of the hospital. I lit a cigarette and placed it in between my lips. I need to clear my mind from all this stress. And cigarette is the answer to my stress. The mention of dad just makes me weak.
My dad was murdered two years ago when I was 19 years old. I vividly remember the day he was murdered.
It was at night when the incident happen. I was in my room when I heard him shouting my name. I immediately ran up the stairs to his office and swing the door open. But I was too late. I watched the killer stabbed a knife through my dad's chest. He was wearing a full black outfit and a mask so I couldn't see his face but only his eyes. When he saw me entered the room, he immediately runs toward the window and jumped out before I could stop him. I tried to help my dad but his heartbeat has already stopped. His shirt was soaked in blood. He couldn't even defend himself. He shouted for me, to protect him but I failed. I couldn't save him.
After that incident, I couldn't sleep because every time I close my eyes the memory of the killer mercilessly murdering my dad appears. The nightmare haunts me and it got worst every night. However, no one knows about my nightmares but Lucas. He ran into my room one day because I was screaming in my sleep. So I had no choice but, to tell him the truth. Thus, I just stop trying to sleep. Instead of sleeping, I never stop looking for the killer.

"Think about this Blake, there are always security guards all around our house and they carry guns with them. It doesn't make sense how this guy could simply just jumped into dad's window without them seeing. And even if he was trespassing, there should be an alarm that goes off" Xavier pointed out.
After what happened at the hospital, I decided to give him a chance to hear him out. He has been looking into dad's case and trying to find out clues. Yes, the police tried to investigate dad's murderer but they are useless so obviously they couldn't find the murderer. Currently, we are sitting in a cafe located next to the hospital, drinking coffee and discussing about Xavier's theory.
"Plus on the day of the murder, all the CCTV was shut off. It can't be a coincidence, right? It's like it was all planned" Xavier continues.
"So what are you trying to say," I asked, raising an eyebrow.
"What I'm trying to say is, someone in that very house must have planned this and helped the killer get in" He suggested. "The only person that has access to the CCTV and the security system other than Dad is-" He pauses.
"You are telling me, that Mother planned all this shit to kill Dad? Are you out of your mind Xavier? Why the fuck would she want to kill Dad?"I clenched my fist.
"I'm not sure why," He lets out a breath and continues, "But it only makes sense if you think about it Bla-"
"No! Don't ever waste my fucking time Xavier!" I slammed my hand on the table in frustration, making a loud sound, and startled everyone in the cafe.
I run my fingers through my hair in frustration and walked out of the cafe.

I decided to go to the warehouse to check on the boys and see how are things doing in the gang. For the past three days, I put Lucas in charge because I was afraid to leave Violet's side.
Everything was still under control. Thanks to Lucas. After what happened to Evan, I think no one else dares to turn their back against me and they must be stupid if they did because they are only asking for a death wish.
Speaking of Evan, no one has heard about him ever since he betrayed me. No one dares to contact him. The night of the ambush, he left with Xavier. He didn't even get the chance to get his stuff from the mansion but all his stuff was already burned.
"Boss, there's new weapons and gun coming tonight," Trevor informed and I nod.
Every time we bought new weapons, I must there to try it out before making a final decision about it. Trevor has always been in charge of the profits like buying the best weapons and also selling the drugs. He has trusted buyers and sellers everywhere in America and from other countries.
I must say, I'm proud of how well trained each of the members are. For example, the Scorpios ambush. They immediately cleared the area and kill all the Scorpios members without hesitation or being told. Moreover, they even positioned with snipers to stand by. And that is the reason why Black Dragon is the strongest gang. Not to brag or anything.
When night falls, I followed Trevor to meet the seller, Alex, Trevor's cousin. He is our most trusted seller. He makes custom guns and bullets just for us. I made sure to bring 10 men with me and also another 10 on stand by just in case this is a trap. Yes, even though he is our most trusted seller, they could turn their back against you anytime. You can't trust anyone these days. Gangs all around the world want me dead so they could take over Black Dragon. Typical and stupid.
We meet up with the seller shortly after. I try out the weapon and I must say so myself, the gun is quite powerful and the bullet is quite unique, it's one of a kind. After trying a few shots, I gave them the approval and proceed with payment. My men carried out the boxes of guns and ammo to a black van we own.
Trevor and I were walking back to the van when suddenly he pulls me behind a pillar. I was about to curse at him but he places his palm over my mouth so I couldn't be heard. By now, all my men had already reached the van. Only me and Trevor left. That's when I realize there's whispering on the opposite side of the wall. It was a familiar women's voice. I peeked from the pillar to see who it was and Trevor does the same too.
"Isn't that you mom Blake?" Trevor whispers.
I nod my head in the dark. Not sure if Trevor could see me. My mom was standing in front of a man dressed in all black. I can't see his face because his back was facing us. I could instantly recognize my mum because of her blonde hair, heavy make-up, tight dress that wraps all her curves, and the amount of jewelry she wears. She is literally wearing gold and diamond from head to toe as if she is asking to get robbed. I was never a fan of her wearing such clothes but she is stubborn.
Now the important question is, what was she doing here and who is she talking to? Her house is a 3-hour drive to here. And even if she's in town why didn't she call me or Xavier. Most importantly who is the guy she is talking to?
As if they could hear my question, the guy she was talking to, turns around once they were done talking. Mr Grace? I was shocked at the sight of him that I didn't realize they were walking in our direction. Before they could see us, Trevor pull me behind the pillar and squat down, placing a finger to his lips signaling me to keep quiet.
I do as I told. They walk right past us, without noticing us. Soon, the clicking of my mum's heel fade away. Both, me and Trevor let out a breath that we didn't know we were holding.
Suddenly my phone started ringing in my pocket.
"Hello?" I say as I put the phone in my ear.
"I'm bringing her home, Blake,"
