A Fest

Aashna's POV
It was the last night of our sleepover. Though not a sleepover, a bad trip! There was no fun except the troubles Sanket planning for me and some games which made the trip little more interesting by Rishu. Sorry manav but this sleepover wasn't successful. *sighs*. I then saw Sanket, at a corner in deep thought rather jealous! I feel bad for the girl because of whom Sanket is jealous. The girl is unlucky to be loved by an egoistic and such a bad person!

Aashna's POV
I rolled my eyes and moved towards my room. Everybody had slept in a sleepover, such an irony. Suddenly I felt someone pulling me, it was none other than Sanket. He pulled me in a corner and grabbed me with both his hands. He had trapped me completely due to which there was no chance I could escape from his trap. Both the hands on either side.

S: So you've already decided that Aryan would be your boyfriend

A: Huh? What are you talking about?

S: You very well know what am I talking about!?

A: Are you mad!? And even if I have decided why do YOU care?

S: Its my choice what to know and what not to, what information i should know and what not! Just tell me, you've had your first kiss right

He emphasized on the word kiss

A: what? what nonsense!? I havent kissed anybody in recent times.

With this, she pushes her as Sanket was in a thought and tries to go towards her room without thinking much about what happened with Sanket, she didnt really cared what all Sanket does. But, Sanket didnt leave her and pulled her closer with the same hand he had got hurt today. There was blood on Aashna's white shirt. Aashna just realised Sanket did not have a dressing for his wound. She quickly got the first aid and covered the wound. Sanket was just controlling his smirk and said,

S: Oh, so you do see people other than Aryan and you do care for me

A: Ugh, no i dont! Its just humanity!

Sanket rolled his eyes. Aashna left and moved towards her room. Sanket was happy that she had not kissed Aryan and he wondered that Aashna did have a boyfriend in her past!

Everybody woke up at about 4am and left from Lonavala. All reached their homes.

After two days,
At college

On the notice board
Please come and meet the College Prefect at the Hall at 1:00p.m sharp.

All of them reach the Hall at 1.
Prefect: There is a fest in our college in a week. For all our freshers, this fest is held in our college every year as a mark of new beginning, new academic year! In this fest, there would be dance, singing and all kinds of performing arts. Hope all will participate. And all the details would be given to you by a circular to be circulated in the college.
The names would be taken by me. Come and register yourselves to participate in the fest in the Hall, here itself after 10 minutes.

Everybody register their names, Fill the forms. All read the circular given to them later. It was written in the circular that all perfromances needed to happen in couples and the couples would be made by the assistants of the prefect of the college.
Everything is ready for the fest, the couples are Aashna-Sanket, Ashi-Tanzeel, Mrunu-Anirudh, Manav-Unnati and the rest in the college. Aashna does not want to be paired with Sanket so she goes and wants to change her partner but the perfect refuses.

After few days
They rehearse, bond with each other like best friends! Tho not best friends but good friends! They used to share each and every thing with each other and sometimes even flirt with each other! You would think from rivals, they're now friends who flirt! But, staying together for hours will definitely make individuals as friends! Yes, they did fight with each other as always but then as time went, they started talking kindly and then became friends. I mean, half friends and half rivals! And also, the whole group the girls and the boys had bonded really well and as they said the word "damn" very much, they named their group damnfam! Days passed with all the bonding growing! The fest also went too good.

One day they all decided to meet at Aashna's house as nobody was there to have some fun. They all enjoy, play music, dance and have lots of fun.
Later, Aashna convinces all to stay there for the night as it was too late.
All sleep in the rooms given to them. It was a big house.

Later, Sanket went into Aashna's room.

S: Where is my room? which?

A: I had already shown you which is your room!?

S: Let it be, I'll sleep in your room then

He enters into the room.

A: Wait.. what? You cannot sleep in my room!

S: why not?
He pulls her closer, her hands on his chest and his hands on her waist. They shared an eyelock.

S: We are friends, arent we!? Friends do sleep with each other

A: We are also rivals you must remember, just goo!

Sanket gave a look to her, like an angry one but then left. All had slept.
The next day it was Sunday. Everyone went to their own houses.
