Finally Dating

Sanket's POV
I was angry, frustrated. She would accept his proposal in few days. She has feelings for him. I knew it, i just knew it everybody leaves me and even she left me. I should not have kissed her that day or even later. Its my mistake i let her in my life. I have even told her my past which no one knows. When they would start dating, they would kiss and do all those kiddish things infront of me. God, why me? I said as tears roll down my cheek. I started punching the bag more furiously and angrily. My fists had now become swollen but i did not stop hitting the punching bag thinking about Aashna and Zaeden.

I then noticed someone walking in my house but i didnt care. I then realised it could be some robber or a goon or someone. I still had my punching gloves on and moved towards the door. I saw someone approaching and i moved my hand towards their face inorder to punch them but i then prevented my hand from doing so. It was Aashna! She was standing there scared hiding herself in her hands to save herself from my punch.

S: I'm sorry sorry sorry, i didnt mean to do that to you!

A: Its ok.

S: Is it?

A: Yeah okay, but whom were you trying to punch in the face?

S: Uhm, nothing i thought there were some robbers or someone.

She giggled, ugh that smile. That smile is the best smile i have ever seen.

A: Anyways, you're my bestfriend so i came here to tell you something. Also ask you something.

Oh god, i think she has accepted his proposal. Or maybe she is gonna ask my suggestion about it.

S: About what aashna?

When i said this, idk why she started staring at me.

S: Why are you staring at me?

A: Is there anything wrong with you?

S: No why?

A: You never refer me with my name, and always with 'honey'

S: Um, nothing honey. Not in a mood today.

A: um okay, anyways. I wanted to ask you why did you leave today so early?

S: I told you was not in the mood.

Aashna nodded but then shifted her eyes to my fists.

A: Wtf Sankett!! Your fists are fully swollen!!

S: Uh its nothing!

A: What nothing dumbo

She rushes to get the first aid. She applies a tube on my fists and i just sit there and admire her care for me.

S: Why do you care for me so much?

A: What? You're my best friend. And i know you never care for yourself so i have to.

S: No, i mean. You're even gonna date that guy right? Then he would feel jealous seeing me with you and you caring for me all the time.

A: No, he wont feel jealous. (Blushes)
He understands that you're my best friend.

That made my heart ache. The pain of my fists was so little infront of the pain of my heart.

S: (takes his hand away from her) Hm so its confirmed. That you will be dating him.

A: (gets excited) Thats what i have come here for! Sankuu! I am dating himmmm noww!! We are official now. (Blushes)

My heart pained a lot hearing this. But i had to pretend to be happy for her. And i had to actually be happy as she is so happy. I dont know what was happening to me but currently i was just feeling pain in my heart and i do not know why. I did not want her to be Zaeden's. I wanted her to be single like me. But i didnt even want her to be mine. I dont know what is happening to me.
