PS. i'm so sorry for the people who thought its Zaeden😂😂 and welcome Aryan. For those who have forgotten Aryan- he was the one because of whom Sanket was the most jealous.

"Dude aryan, welcome yaarr!! We missed youu!" Manav said.

"Omg aryan!!!" I just exclaimed and hugged aryan tightly.

"Where were you Aryan? We missed you so much. You just went away to your hometown without even letting us know." I said.

"So sorry ya guys. It was urgent, my nana was sick there. Fortunately, he's all okay now. But now, i'm back!!" He said.

"So glad you're back" i said

Sanket's POV
why god? Why the fuck cant i have time with Aashna, good, quality, special time with her just me alone. Not others. Pehle Zaeden fir Aryan.

"Hey, good to know you're back buddy." I faked a smile. He too, gave me a smile.

I was drunk, but sober enough to see and realise what things were going on around me, infront of me! Aryan was literally getting so close to her. He was about to kiss her while they were dancing. So i pulled them away.

"Um i think she's very drunk, and as a good friend i think i'll take her to the guest room now. She needs sleep" i said.

"Wait you cant interrupt our kiss Sanket. Dude you're so jealous. Just because you can't get what i have, that doesnt mean you will pull her away from me." Aryan snapped.

"Dude i'm not fucking jealous got it? You are not a good person, by now i know it. So just keep your ass away from her. And by the way, i have much more than what you have, got it?!" I said in rage.

"Oh ya ya you do" he said sarcastically with a smirk on his face.

I just rolled my eyes and went away to the guest room. I laid Aashna on the bed and carressed her cheek.

"Why do you do this? Drink so much so that i have to rescue you from those stupid guys." I said softly.

"Umm yaaaa youuu'ree alwayss theree forr meee" she said in a drunken state.

"Sleep now c'mon"

I pulled the blanket over her as she tried to sleep, but couldn't. No idea why. People tend to sleep after being drunk. Well, aashna is definitely unique.

"Why arent you sleeping?"

"I cant sleeppp i dontt knoww!"

"Fine, I'll just give you your phone.. surf through it what else" i said

"Ya okay givee mee"

I threw the phone over the bed, and she started surfing through her phone. I went downstairs to enjoy the party and have one more drink before locking the door of the guestroom.

I went downstairs without glancing at everyone. I just took a bottle and drank a glass. Manav bhai came towards me.

" Bro where's Aashna"

"Yup she's up in the guest room. Hope thats okay." I said.

"Ofcourse its okay, dude i hope this Aryan isnt causing a scene. And i hope you're okay with it." He said.

"Um its not okay with me that he's here, he tried to kiss Aashna today. But its okay bro, he's a chill guy anyways. And you called him because all of damnfam has bonded with him too well."

"I'm so so sorry sanku. And yup i invited him because he has bonded with us quite well also he had called me up yesterday night. He said he's coming so here so i just invited him." He said.

"Ita okay bro, all okay." I said convincingly.

It was quite late now and friends started leaving. Aashna was just up there in the guest room, so i thought to stay over at Manav's place today. I cant leave her alone. Manav agreed and i almost slept in Manav's room.

Aashna's POV
It was 4am, and everyone had left. I did sleep but now i was wide awake. I went outside, no one was there obviously. I went to Manav's room which right opposite to the guest room. I saw Sanket and Manav sleeping. I went towards the kitchen and drank some water and ate some chips. I felt like an owl until i heard footsteps approaching me.

It revealed to be Sanket.

"What are you doing here?" I asked him.

"What are you doing here?" He asked me emphasizing on the word you.

"I am just not able to sleep anymore, so just had water and ate some chips now." I said.

"Oh okay, night owl." Sanket said as he giggled.

We then went back to our rooms. After some time, Sanket came to the guest room where i was there.

"Since we both arent able to sleep so maybe we could just talk for a while!?" He said.

"Yup sure."

"So wassup" he says as he sits down on the bed.

"Just i'm so fucking bored right now, cant believe i cant sleep at 4am."

"Hah, same. Um i hope you remember what you did today i mean yesterday night."

"Uhm what did i do?"

"You were kissing Aryan!"

"What the fuck?"

"Um actually almost kissing him, i saved you!" He said.

"Thankyou but bet aryan wasnt the one kissing me, i think it must be me as i was really drunk. Thankgod i'm sober enough now."

"Um so actually, you lost the bet. Aryan was the one trying to kiss you!!"

"Woah okay, but i cant believe it. He's such a sweet guy tho." I said with a smile on my face.

"Me too. And zaeden too." He taunted.

"Umm yup zaeden is sweet. But now i know myself and now i know that i do not like him. I have never liked him! I havent missed him a bit after almost breaking up with him."

"Why almost breaking up with him?" He said as he emphasized on the word almost.

"Yea, we were on a break, so actually if i kiss someone or do anything of that sort, i have to answer him because i would be cheating him in a way i think."

"Do you want that?"

"No actually."

He said okay and there was silence for a moment.

"Why do you do this?" I said.

"Do what?"

"Take care of me so much. Well ofcourse the other damnfam members are really good friends, best friends of mine but you're the one who cares for me the MOST." I said meaning each and every word i said.

He just smiled and didnt reply anything.

"Because of you, you're just so special in my life that i have to take care of you, at all times."

I smiled. We were sitting beside each other on the bed. There was complete silence in the room but then Sanket came closer to me. He leaned in for a kiss and i couldnt deny but accept it. Our lips were inches apart.
